In order for me to keep this guild up and running I need to lay down some more ground rules.
First, and foremost. While I am not around, engelinge is in charge...NO ONE ELSE! She can choose who she wants as co-captain in this situation. What ever she does or chooses to do while I'm away is up to her and in no way will I change it, unless I see it to be utterly necessary.
second, there is a list of rules in the stickies. READ THEM!!!! We have certain threads for a reason, and the guild is here for you to chat with other Rasmus lovers. We have a thread SPECIFICALLY made for spam and general conversation, use it rather then starting new and irrelevant threads.
third, look to see if there is another thread before starting a new one. ALL repeat threads will be locked and deleted.
Last and most importantly. At no time is any member, or mod, to argue with the captain, or their mods. RUDENESS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Arguments in any field, PM's, msn, anything, is not permitted. Disagreements can be sorted out in a mature manner and if one does arise, it is up to the parties involved to sort it out in their own time and space, not everyone else.
On this topic, if you are not happy with a decision made by either me, inge or one of our other mods, please don't hesitate to PM us to ask why...don't fill the thread with curious notions. We are open to all suggestions, but PLEASE do not get angry or upset if we don't agree.
The guild was put here for your benefit to use at will, but don't abuse this priveledge. I hate ranting to you all like this, but I am tired of watching this place go down the drain.
Use the guild for it's purpose and all will be well in the world of Guild Happiness.
