Name/Alias: Jinxie, Kaliko, Siren, I have a bunch sweatdrop Location: Boston, MA # of Bento Boxes Owned: I have 1 2-tiered mono kuro box, 1 panda apple box, a hello kitty snack/kids bento box, 1 disney onigiri box and my newest atm is a 2 tiered otogicco Red Riding hood box! whee Favorite Bento Accessory: I really like a lot of the sauce bottles/mayo containers they have out there 4laugh They're so cute! I'm also a sucker for collecting different cutters and bento bags... gah, this is a hard question for me lol Favorite Food Genre: hmm I of course like Japanese food, but I also really like Italian and Spanish/Caribbean food! Have you ever made a bento? A few times now! Tho sadly, nothing to really document just yet stressed Do you have a favorite kind? My favorite bento style is Kyaraben! I love all the pictures I've seen of character specific bentos (Link/Zelda based, Invader Zim, etc). Why did you join? I created this! eek lol Well there was a decent bento thread on the F&D forums called *~*-*~*-BENTO LAND-*~*-*~*, but sadly the owner passed away emo I share her passion for bento stuff and wanted there to be an active place that's able to be updated properly so we can continue appreciating this subject! Rest in peace Deanie heart

Name/Alias: Friskit, Fuzzy, CF, Bittern, (also responds to hails of 'hey you!') # of Bento Boxes Owned: 2 cleartop green natural lunch snaptights, 1 brown natural lunch oblong 2 tier, 1 modded green natural lunch 2 tier, 1 blue temari dot 2 tier by Lube Sheep, one black skull 2 tier, one putifresh grape 2 tier, one putifresh grape snaptight<--- In use. Never used: a Round black plastic souveiner bento with pink and white flowers on the lid. A green oval Natural lunch 2 tier mini. I'm hoping to donate these along with some homemade furoshiki to contests in the future. Favorite Bento Accessory: cute food picks and reusable chopsticks! Favorite Food Genre: ...Japanese food is a sometimes food, if I had to pick a genre, it would probably be Fusion (caribbean style fajita steak with kumquat mango salsa) Have you ever made a bento?: yes, on a regular basis Do you have a favorite kind?: Non-charaben. I don't have a lot of favorite characters, so they don't really appeal to me. A well arranged and colorful bento is a joy beyond cute character food for me. Why did you join?: because I LOVE discussing bento arrangements, boxes, accessories and recipes. I came to a thread in the F&D discussion forum, finding it nearly dead and started posting asking about for more information. I wanted to find a place to bounce food recipes off of people and find reviews of certain products, maybe even help out with contests! I found out through JinxKat that the creator of the wonderful thread passed away, and thus...well. Something had be to done to fill the void.

Name/Alias: Munkers or Laney Location: Dallas, Texas # of Bento Boxes Owned: My "bento" boxes are parts from my tupperware set that happen to be the right size for age and calorie needs. Favorite Bento Accessory: I love single serve sauce containers. Especially when they're critter shaped. Favorite Food Genre: I like spicy foods in general. Indian food is what I'm planming to delve into next. Have you ever made a bento? Yep. It's the only way I survived the clinical rotation I did in a jail. (We were limited as to how much we could bring on the unit so my bag space was at a premium.) Do you have a favorite kind? Not really. I pretty much just follow Biggie's philosophy of quick, but satisfying bentos. At some point I'll expand my repertoire to include some more elaborate bentos. Why did you join? I also came here through way of Bento Land. I really love reading about bentos and getting new food ideas.

Name/Alias: Glitter, TG, Tigger # of Bento Boxes Owned: Currently a big, sad 0. Tupperware containers are my friend at the moment, as I'm a broke college kid. Favorite Bento Accessory: I love the little sauce containers and the molds for the eggs and veggies and whatnot. Too cute! Favorite Food Genre: Being from Texas, I'm a huge fan of Tex-Mex, but I also love seafood, especially if it has a Cajun spin. Have you ever made a bento?: Not yet, but that's because I have a horrid imagination. I'd love to exchange ideas in the forums with everybody and maybe find my own creative niche in the world of bento! (: Do you have a favorite kind?: I love the ones that look adorable, but I think functionality and convenience is more important. So basically quick but delicious and if it happens to look cute, even better! Why did you join?:I recently discovered bento lunches and would love to get some ideas and possibly make some new friends.
