I had considered doing like an art and writing forum... should I? I mean, I have all that money sunk into the guild (lol)... I have some stuff (that is probably kind of embarrassing). I draw every now and then something ridiculous. I am like the world's worst artist, but I enjoy it. I also write, but not always or even generally with a pagan theme...
thoughts folks?

A thread to post your work, discuss your inspiration and works in progress, share ideas, and maybe even organize a group project of sorts. Who knows?!

I did EET, ze post is moved into it's very own artistic forum... now we have still like a zillion dollars, I believe, in the guild account... what else can I add? I'm thinking a whole section devoted to Hoodoo and African Traditions *hmmmm....*

PregoHouseWitch I did EET, ze post is moved into it's very own artistic forum... now we have still like a zillion dollars, I believe, in the guild account... what else can I add? I'm thinking a whole section devoted to Hoodoo and African Traditions *hmmmm....* Perhaps a topic on mythology and folklore, or the Moon, weather, and it's effect on the individual. A topic on reincarnation; discussing the individual beliefs, past lives, and so sorth. whee

I thought mythology and folklore might fit under 101, but I had considered a deity section, for mythos specifics, research, and deity specific relationships. I think the moon is a part of the natural cycle and the *wheel of the year*, and reincarnation might fit under either 101, general discussion, supernatural *ghosts*, or even eastern mysticism. I fear if all of the stuff gets too specified, there'll only be a couple threads in each forum. I am thinking of a spam forum, and also a psychic or service shoppe section for members only.

Oh I wish I could scan in the painting i did for pixie (kind of a surrogate but not mom of mine) for mother's day several years ago. Y'all would dig it, I'm sure. It's a picture of the goddess Rhiannon in a pond with trees and stuff around her and for her symbols I included a white horse next to her (which really needed somework, doesn't match the color scheme at all) and some birds above her head (also needed work as there was little to no detail on them at all). Otherwise, pretty good shot for one of my first oil paintings. I will say that i like the idea of having an art portion to the forum, simply because anyone can do art of one kind or another, even if they don't think of themselves as being artistic.
Let the personal expression commence! lol

Now that's cool! I gave my surrogate mom that name- mostly because she's only 4'7 1/2" (though I think old age stole that half of an inch, but I don't have the heart to point that out to her). I called her the pixie woman one day and the name just stuck. She was mad for a while, until she realized it wasn't anything bad, just something cute that I gave her. so now she's the Pixie. smile Why is yours called Pixie?

she calls herself that, kind of like her magick name. a lot of us call her baba pixie (she kind of takes a maternal role for a lot of the girls around my age, early 20s or so). she's short too, although not quite that. I think she might be 5 foot, maybe a tad more.

i definatly think make a art form ^ ^ i love art = =''' i wish i had a scanner. i made a pic one time(this year i belive april) i would love to show it was, in m yopinion the moon goddess but she had angelic wings (and attair i guess), she held the moon it her hands and was atop the clouds ^ ^ its only in pencil tho i never colour it ends up ruiningz it TT TT
