It might sound a bit touristy to you, but I really want to go to the part of Australia where the movie "The Man From Snowy River" was filmed. So beautiful ... and I read that the Brumbies still run there ... heart (Brumbies entry in Wikipedia) I also want to see the Great Barrier Reef & Ayres Rock. smile

Me too! ^_^ I voted for Asia for those two countries and also because I grew up in the Philippines. (Did I tell you that when we talked the other day at school? I don't think I did.) My parents were missionaries - Bible Translators, believe it or not. >.< One of these days, when I finally have a job again, I'm going to buy a scanner and scan in at least a couple dozen of my father's beautiful photographs of the Philippines to post in the travel diaries/journals forum - I so much want to show you all what it's like there! Gorgeous ... *homesick* ... stunning ... every bit a Hawaii, maybe even prettier in spots, because it is a truly wild place, fairly untouched by mass waves of tourism ... I just wish I could take everyone I know - all my friends, just to see it - *sighs* ... I miss it so much sometimes ... It's hard to be away ... and to know that I won't be living the rest of my life there even though that would be nice ...
