If you take a look at our member list you can clearly see that about half of our members haven't posted anything at all! So here is what I am asking of our members who are active...send out messages to those that are inactive and see if we can stir up some interest! We want to do more contests and have even more interest to make our small community a vibrant and thriving community! So rally up and let's bring this place to life!

Yes, we need more post posting and paying attention. We need more Mods that put some input.
We are starting a art contest in two days. I will list the prizes. The prizes are things you can wear to the ball. I will be giving out smaller items to people who have been kind and posting.
Next week we having a Welcoming Ball in the great hall. This will be a Masked Ball/Masquerade and will be Friday and Saturday.

I have a few ideas to help as I'm a clan owner and VC of four guilds and well, posting is a big issue sometimes... >_<

Angry Glue Ah, well we would love to hear them! Currently in my clan we are working on a "Linked" table of Contents... this way subforums are easier to nagivate as you can see what all is inside on the table... Also, for keeping posting rates up, you might want to consider getting records of what threads each member as posted in... I did this as well and I'm currently working on linking it... that way if you see that a person's posting rate has gone done... you can take your link coding from the thread with the person's posting history and transfer it to a PM and message the person to see if they are okay and remind them what threads they have been posting in. Also, another major thing once the guild gets bigger and has more events occuring in it, Newletters are a good idea... every other week or monthly would be best as it's not too often so you can gather more info to make it as useful as possible... ^_^

ooohhh yeah. can;t believe I forgot about those. Yeah, we appreciate profiles, especially me, since Kara can usually tell what a character is by scent....but if I don't have that info.....>.< there is a form in the "role playing intro" place, in the main forum XDDDD
why did they leave?
