2: Ok, Follow the Gaia TOS. No Cybering, No rate R or NC-17 content. At least not here, If you go to the PMs with it.
3: No killing PC's Unless both party's Ok it.

8: The Zevitas = Modern with Ok magic ability

11: The Zevitas races can become a mermaid by asking me the queen of the mermaids then they keep their original race and add the mermaid fish race to it.

She is very kind and cares for her mermaids and the villagers of Zevita. But when the empire started to invade and destroy the forest around the lake and village she started to get her mermaids to start and help protect the land with the Zevitas.

But ever since the empire killed all eat able animals and destroyed alot of their farms his cooking skill is required to keep the villagers and the mermaids feed. He is a moderately good swordsman.

These give him increased speed, strength, reliance and stamina. He can also survive in almost any environment for a period of time. Weapons (No magic): Laser rifle, pistol, and plasma granades Gear:a visor mostly used for simple reconnaissance and to help with long distance shots. Description:  picMech (Optional): Bio: Mark at a young age took the seat of Emperor. As soon as that occurred he wasted no time however as he set his armies ever outwards. His forces rolled over the land like it was force of nature itself. Soon all the known world would be under his control. That was until his armies found themselves at a small village that bordered the Eastern Ocean.

Weapons, magic Items (Nothing futuristic.): Battle Axe, pistol Gear: A large backpack filled with rope, lighter, Kevlar vest Description (picter optional):  Bio: John grew up in as normal as anyone else in this village. He wasn't a solider so he never really trained much with guns, but like everyone else he did know his way around magic. It was a basic of life that everyone had to learn sooner or later. He just picked it up sooner rather then later and it was the only thing that made it choose of weapon very viable. He couldn't fight off an army with it, but it severed its purpose as self protection.

Ok, here are both characters.

Character Name (first and last): Ryan Lonerider.
Race (Anything, but Mermaid): Gifted human. (see bio for explanation.)
Gender: Male.
height/length: 6ft even.
Weight (Not required) : 180lbs.
Age: 26.
Skills, talents, Powers, Natural ability's, ext: Slow perception. Tactical Telekinesis, Telekinesis, Empathic/Telepathic ability's, slow healing ability (Requires hours and full concentration.)
Master Sword fighter, Master Marksman, Motorcyclist Expert, Skilled with other vehicles, Skilled unarmed combat, Skilled as a medic, and in subtle arts. (Stealth, disguise, extra.)
Weapons, magic Items (Nothing futuristic.): Magnum .500 Revolver, modified to hold 7 shots, double action, with a target barrel. Has several different kinds of rounds for it, including a couple that are modified with magic.
Hand and a half sword, enchanted with Draconic power. A match for any plasma sword (lightsaber.) Added ability's of being invisible to all but it's wielder unless the wielder wishes them t see the blade. Can be stored in a pock dimension till summoned.
Gear: High end custom motorcycle.
Armored Red Trench coat. (Ankle Length, made with 2 layers of high energy dissipation Ballistics gel in between 3 layers of a Graphine/Nomac Bi-weave. Rendering the coat able to totally sap the power from a bludgeoning attack, Stop a conventional slashing/stabbing weapon from penetrating (Think like a knife, Scimitar, or Saber.), bullet proof against even medium armor piercing rounds, Super heat and incendiary resistant, and fire proof. ) (For the Record, both materials, while considered state of today's art, do exist in modern technology. They are very real.)
Highly well equipped medics kit.
Description (picture optional): He’s built athletic, but strong. Fair skinned, with dark red hair and emerald green eyes. He's usually wearing Black long sleeved shirt, a pair of black jeans With a totally black leather belt, and completely black leather boots that come 3/4ths of the way up his shins. And He wears a Thick Steel chain with a silver and sappier/ruby dragon attached to it.
Bio: Ryan had a medium level mage ability. But rather then be a second rate caster, he opted to focused his magic on augmenting his tremendous physical and athletic ability's. Combined with an impressive arsenal of skills, techniques, and gear, he's a real force to be considered. He has a good heart, and he tends to support clobbering Imperials, who he thinks tend toward being overly arrogant.

He has an interesting ability in that he’s Highly resilient to magic, and technology doesn’t work well around him unless he REALLY doesn’t want to resist it, or he REALLY Wants the tech to work.
Weapons, magic Items (Nothing futuristic.): Compacted twin hooks. Concealed (relatively.) Chain whip, Long staff. (6’6ft compared to him.).
Gear: Various incenses, Teas, herbs, And a holy symbol.
Description (picture optional): He’s built strong but lean. Tan skin, Short blond Hair, with Sky blue eyes.
Bio: He actually comes form far north. Where tails encounters with creatures other then dragons and giants are seldom. Further Encounters with Humans and mermaids don’t really happen. There little more then stories, and he’s never even HEARD of the kinds of technology Humans use, or the Mermaids brand of magic. Both of these spices fascinate him. He’s traveled down to the south on a pilgrimage from his monastery.

She uses powerful magic spells with her harp or sings to use them. Weapons, magic Items (Remember no modern anything.): Harp Gear: bag with potions and vials Description Mermaid form: Imagine land form with this mermaids clothes,tail,and hair style  Description Land form:  Bio: Even though Maria is strangely a different race then her mother they still are related. She is really nice but has a bit of a short temper ever since the war began. Before the war she wanted to be a bard. She is not as careless as a normal Clownfish because she is more of a Koi but looks like a Clownfish.

Can be a half giant 7-14 feet as well.) : Reploid Gender: Male height/length: 5' 12" Weight (Not required) : Age: UNKNOWN Skills, talents, Powers, Natural ability's, ext: Swords play, Can make any type of metalic weapon examples, swords, axes, spears. Able to switch between his regular armour to his NIGHTMARE armour. While in his NIGHTMARE armour he becames much more faster and stronger and can take control of basic mechs and machines. Weapons (No magic): Z-Saber and Z-Blaster Gear: The Z-saber, Z-Blaster, Red armour and THE NIGHTMARE armour he can swap into. Description:  Bio: Zero deserted the Empire for reasons only he knows. He moved into the forest that surronds the lake Zevita living in peace like a hermit. Until the empire found his like piece of heaven and started to destroy the area around it.

Gender: female height/length: 5'4 Weight (Not required) : Age: 1400 Skills, talents, Powers, Natural ability's, ext: Can make charms and accessories. She has a unique channel so that spells come out of her rapidly. The only catch is that 95/100 of them have to come out of her directly. And they have to be simple. Often works on firing them in patterns. Weapons, magic Items (Nothing futuristic.): Light and dark magic, works on creating charms, needles, and occasional miko tools (Even though some of them are useless aginst mechs) Gear: Charms, robe-like armor, heavy influinced magic (which is covered by her charm) Description (picter optional):  Bio: Having known the queen of mermaids for a long time, she is a childhood friend of hers. After word got out that someone was attacking the village, she wanted to help the queen any way she could.Unfortunetely, she's also targeted by the empire...
