Tips from Nomeh on drawing dynamic poses:
1. Try putting having things coming toward and away from the viewer. Drawing anatomy at these perspectives can be difficult but it can pay off.
2. Try drawing the stick figure first. Make sure that has a nice flow to it before you move on to adding the details. It's much easier to edit a stick figure than a filled out figure. I find that using more loose free lines help make the pose more dynamic.
3. Try drawing a small versions of poses at the corner of the paper or on another paper. These are called thumbnails and can help you get the gist of a pose before you move onto the actual drawing.
Good luck! <33
