HAIR: Black, with purple highlights. Mostly short, with a small ponytail.
SKIN: Tanned dark.
BODY: Tall - 6"1; fit - he is muscled, but not bulky. moves quickly, somewhat abruptly, but is economical with his actions.
STUFF: labret piercing (under the lower lip), various earrings. tribal tattoo on the left side of his face. (possibly other tattoos elsewhere, unsure)
DRESS: tight leather pants & combat boots, usually. a sleeveless shirt, unless it gets really, really cold.

RELATIONSHIP: Needless to say, this is a strange pairing, but it seems to work. Within months of the two's initial meeting, they became best friends - a friendship that nobody but the two of them seems to understand. The two share a profound respect for each other, leading to a surprisingly open and flexible bond that shows in the easy way they tackle missions. When together, Lucien takes the lead, with Z - mostly - following. Fortunately for the both of them, Lucien can accept when Z feels the need to suddenly do the unexpected, and Z finds he respects Lucien all the more for it.

-------- PERSONALITY
In keeping with his WEAPON form, Z is just a little bit insane and over the top. He dances right on the edge - and the sharper the edge is, the better. A complete thrill-seeker; he'll purposely do things that make situations more dangerous, just for fun. He has the sort of devil-may-care attitude that reeks of bad-a**, and the wild glint in his eye tends to scare people. Z is a boy who loves the clash between himself and the rules - whether they are set by nature, or by others.
Despite all appearances, however, Z does have his own rules of right and wrong, and being crazy isn't all he is. While he doesn't seem to care at about the responsibilities he has (eg, school), when he sets his mind to do something, he has the rare ability to give it his absolute concentration to the exclusion of all else. This knack also makes him very observant - at least when he puts it to use.
Unexpectedly, Z's actually quite an honest person, and will more often than not say exactly what's on his mind when spoken to... though it must be said that he enjoys it a lot more when it's something he knows you didn't want to hear. Many are often surprised to find that Z is capable of (relatively) normal conversations, but contrary to public opinion, Z has a sharp mind and despite his many faults, is extraordinarily self-aware.

-------- BACKGROUND
Z had already been in SHIBUSEN for a year before teaming up with Lucien. While he'd been able to match wavelengths with the odd TECHNICIAN before meeting Lucien, none of them had been at all interested in forming a partnership with someone they considered insane, and Z himself hadn't cared enough to try. Until recently, Z's only real purpose for being in SHIBUSEN was that it was a way of staying in school, since he had nowhere else to go.
As a child of two, he was found abandoned at the steps of an orphanage in Tokyo that took him in, though it had been an underfunded and overcrowded place to be. Eventually, at the age of five, the somewhat sullen and already mischief-making little boy was adopted by an elderly couple that had always wanted a boy... to help them take care of the house and do their chores as they advanced into old age. Obviously, someone of Z's temperament was not a brilliant choice, and the Kimura couple found that more often than not, Z was nowhere to be found.
At the age of ten, his WEAPON powers manifested. He'd be dead if he hadn't discovered his ability - the first time he'd changed into a coil of razorwire had been when he'd slipped and fallen from a ten-story building. (Needless to say, he hadn't been doing anything legitimate.) As he watched the ground coming up to meet him, he'd felt something take over, and expecting to die, had instead been extremely surprised to find himself alive, albeit in non-human form. Possibly the speed and the wind rushing through his body as he'd made that first change was the reason why he'd managed to gain the elemental ability of wind. Z would never be sure - as he didn't know who his parents were, there was no way he could find out what exactly it was that he'd inherited, and what was unexpected.
During the years between then and now, Z counted down the years with the Kimuras, waiting until he was old enough to attend SHIBUSEN. When the day came, he walked out of the elderly couple's home without a backward glance. It wouldn't be until a couple years later that the Kimuras, looking through their adopted child's belongings, found a stash of money that he'd purposely left behind.

BODY: Tall - 5'11; lean - with wiry muscles, he's built more for endurance than brute strength. moves with a predatory elegance - somewhat like a big, dangerous cat.
STUFF: small silver rings in each lobe, a stud in the cartriledge of his left. there is a tattoo of the chinese/japanese character "death" on his inner right wrist.
DRESS: semi-formal. Lucien tends to dress up rather than casual. Most likely you'll find him wearing a dress shirt of sorts with pants.

RELATIONSHIP: While the fact that Lucien is Jerard's son puts a lot of pressure on the pair to do well in all the missions they participate in, neither of them are particularly bothered by it, and in fact, seem to enjoy the attention and challenge. Many find it strange that Lucien, who could have had his pick out of almost all the WEAPONS in the school, would pick an trill-seeking and somewhat unreliable partner such as Z, but what they don't know is that Lucien finds that his relationship with Z is unhampered by his own position in the school, and therefore makes it much easier for him to simply be himself. Their friendship originally started with Z's general lack of respect, and eventually became a deep bond.

-------- PERSONALITY
Sleek and charismatic, Lucien can charm anyone and is one of the most popular students at SHIBUSEN. While he is friendly, there always seems to be a slight aura of absolute control and seriousness to him, though most just think it adds to his attractiveness, and in fact, he has used that to his advantage more than once. Lucien is generally very sociable, and makes an effort to get to know everyone and include even the shyer students in conversation. At times, he can be generous and attentive, though only to those he considers friends.
Beware, however While Lucien is much more responsible than his counterpart, Z, he also has less personal rules, making him a lot more ruthless. He is one manipulative SOB - you'll think you're his best friend... right up until he screws you over. You might even thank him for it, thinking he's doing you a favor. Fortunately, most of the SHIBUSEN population have had little reason to see Lucien in this state, and so while they are somewhat wary, many are simply blinded by his charm and friendliness and believe the rumors of his sadistic tendencies to be just that - rumors.
Lucien has a logical mind, and rarely does things without planning and thought. Like his father, he is also very secretive about himself, and while he won't exactly bite your head off for asking, be prepared to have the topic smoothly changed whenever you ask him something personal.

Lucien & Z live together (separate rooms, geez get your minds out of the gutter!) in Lucien's house near SHIBUSEN. Well.. technically, it's Jerard's house, but as he's rarely there, Lucien considers it more his than his father's.
The house is relatively spacious, with two floors and an attic. The bedrooms (of which there are four) are on the second level, along with two of the three bathrooms. Z lives in the attic (he likes weird spaces), while Lucien is on the second floor.
