hi im new to this guild and i think new members (like me) should get a chance to train like someone should be the training captin who will be on gaia at least once a week to help new members train. like in rally create a room and act out a situation and pick a new member and see how they react and then maybe teach everyone something else to go along with that situation or even tips and maybe also create another topic for people training, tips about things.
