DRAGON TANE MOTEL
The area
Surrounded by a lush forest lies a Motel, which looks like it could hold either the most dangerous of criminals or the dirtiest of lovers. This, however, is just the exterior of the place.
The interior of it was far from low-class. Marble floors, diamond statues, fountains, gold plated silverware, and only the best service anywhere in the entire universe.
The issue
No one likes a place that has no storyline to it. And no one likes someone who is new. Also, no one likes one who is stranger than fiction.
The solutions
Be a character from your favorite anime series and join this Motel as a general crossroads point between all anime shows. Dragonball Z, Beyblade, Ranma 1 and a half... whatever... its a central location and all anime characters are drawn to this place wondering what drew them all here.
In the process, storylines will develop and the owner, me Dimples Bogard, will gain popularity to get me to break free of my magically locked room.

Elizabeth Hoshi, daughter to the Street Fighter medical officer Ryu Hoshi and Empress Dee, wandered into the DragonTane Motel with a pad of paper and a pen to write with. This young looking hottie with a delicate tan, was a reporter for the StreetFighter News.
It was her job as a reporter to tell it like it is, and maybe do some advertising for slow businesses. Yep, Elizabeth aka Lizzie sure liked to get into everybody's lives.
She knew it was the reason why no one really liked her and they called her a nosy person, but heck, she was doing what she loved.
Looking through the posh place, Lizzie could not help but let out a low whistle at the fanciness of the place. She then wandered around before leaving for DragonTane Temple. She had to tell the people of the temple about this place. The exterior was definitely deceiving, but perhaps that was why it had no business.
She was compelled to do something about it and who better to tell than the temple of the Guardians.
