7/10?
Though I think it's somewhat biased because I'm not an avid fan for typical big eyed manga style. There is a lot of potential and good choice of colors, but there needs a bit of work in anatomy (I know drawing hands are a pain), and in skin tones.
Overall, I think you have great potential and that if you continue drawing, you'll only get better.
