Ok so we know we can't play softball without injuries, so tell what injuries you have gotten from the sport.
For me right now I strained my arm so I am out of the game until Monday or at least thats what the doctor says.

well, i have gotten a bruised bone... which made me stop 4 about 3 weeks... umm... i get shoulder pains cuz im a pitcher... so

All in the scrimage we played last week:
I got hit in the leg and arm by the pitching gone wrong.
Then when i got this girl out t home, she ran right smack into me crying
If i didnt have protection on, she probaly would have knocked me right to the ground.
The last one, when the batter hit the ball, i got up right as she threw her bat to the ground and it hit my arm. gonk I had to sit out for the last 2 innings crying

ha this has some fun stories. lol
Twisted ankel sliding wrong, threw out my elbow..
haha pitch gone wrong, i ddnt duck, got hit in the head, lil loopy for a few mins.
got brusies all over me. Bone bruise in the shin, hurts like hell.
pulled muscle in hamstring <-- nott funn!

haha im use to it.
Live with two brothers.
lol dont get hurt much.
And I've been playing for bout 10 years, so Im use to all the stufff.

*ha right now I got like 9 bruises on my legs right now*
I take pride in injuries. *same way i do when I have a uniform covered in clay* it shows that i put my all into doing something. lol, but just did something too much, or wrong. smile

i almost all ways walk of the field dirty, because there is alot of dirt where i have to squat. and i almost always slide heart

smile i know wut u mean.
ha speakin of injuries, im sittin rite now with ice on my arm.
coach told me im throwing with straight arm strenght, not whole body *and i got a real strong arm*, and i hurt my arm every game/practice.
He keeps tellin me to use my body, but im still learning.
And i've never iced it like i was suppose to till now, cuz now it reallyyy hurts.

omg it keeps raining crying it wont stop.
we had a game yesterday and it was cancelled and our game tommorow might be cancelled cos it was raining today!!!! ugh I hate rain

if we r still talking bout inguries, i just got either a herniated disc OR a torn ligament in my back, so im out 4 the rest of my season, nd sum of my summer season. it sucks. i really LOVE softball, nd taking it away from meh, is like taking my LIFE away from meh, idk WUT im gunna do!!! HELPZ crying crying crying

omg. u guys dont want to know.
1st, walking home plate, broke my foot,
2nd, my ribs got cracked by the pitcher rolling the ball in my ribs when i was running home.
3rd, broke my foot again (Same foot and in the same place)
4th, pitcher hit my knee and put me in a brace,
5th, pitcher did it again, (same pitcher)
6th, pitcher did it once again
7th, picher hit me once again.
8th, had an asthem attack and got hit in the head.
thats all my injuries. in 5 years.
btw i still played when i had casts on

One of our batters last year hit it reeeal hard in the pitcher's direction and she got hit in the forehead. She staggered back a little... then hit the ground and was out cold. O:
