Poking around in the Linux section of Lifehacker, then I stumbled upon this handy little gadget: Clonezilla

For those of you needing a "ghost" image of your hard drive, check it out.

Yea I had to use that to clone a lab of 26 machines with a dual boot image of Windows Vista and openSUSE 11.1. It does its job but the documentation and I pretty much had to to "rewrite" the book to get it to work. The best part of it is no CD or USB key is needed to boot it it works over tFTP/PXE boot.
