Ok, here is what i can give you.
Other then getting rid of most or all of the old posts i would suggest new areas to post in. Maybe a section for a town, where people can have a person that lives in a city apartment can interact with another person who lives around the same area.
Maybe an area where people can post about parites, like birthday parties for there character (just a example) or another party for fun.
Maybe a section for the shifters, where they can interact with each other in animal form, or even play or hunt together.
I know outside-in-the-moonlight is an area, but it makes people think they are only in the moonlight, what if we changed that to something else, more along the line of {in the forest under the moon} or something even smaller {Moolight Adventure} maybe.
We can have a section for those who like contests involving there character, or a section where they go on quests for money to destroy or bring in a enemy.
We can then have a free RP section for those that don't find a section they like or know where to post in, this section can have anywhere, like different sections of the world, like a place that isn't in that area where poeple can send a character to another content to RP....

I have yet another idea. We could add a section for Miscellaneous Plots. People that just want to use there character in a plot but can't find one. I know how they feel, sometimes plots are better to be started on your own, then to follow just one, cause it can't get confusing and irritating when people dissapear from that plot and you have to wait for them.
