ive noticed that police attion has subsided in the hills and gangs are growing again. even some mobs. we need to start patroling these areas more.

that would be cool but since we're not gaia adminstators our mtv hills HQ is going to be the house at the taxi.
until gaia creates a police station..... we'll improvise.
