dont worry about it. when your able to afford the uniform than go ahead. im not strick about uniforms aslong as you wear them on patrol and missions most of the time. people think your bluffing if your not in uniform.
and the weapon is not manditory.

hmmm well.... i guess but you will need a lawl and order uniform for a mission or rade but you can wear the military unform most of the time.
