I'll make this post my [random] added notes post. I only knew a little of what you posted Joel, so I'm thankful for that. Here's a bit of my knowlege.

Phrase - Japanese Terminology

I love you. - ai shiteru
darling, sweetheart, my love - koibito
Hello. (Answering the phone) - Moshi moshi
sailor suit - sera fuku
round and round - guruguru
