So I was looking around the guild and it's possible that I am blind but I didn't spot anywhere for people to organize meet ups. Of course people could just get in contact with each other -=shrug=-
However, I've suggested on another website and it worked out very well. Either I host a multi-player meet-up or get everyone together so that this is possible. This helps people to meet each other as well as keep in touch in case they want to get together again.
So here's how it pretty much works:
The Host: This is person who will be acting as leader. The games will be started from their pod.
The User: Person requesting to join the host. They will be invited to someone's pod
The Reason: This information is optional but sometimes helpful [Help] - If you need more players for a certain level, [Fun] - Just to hang out, [Create] - If you want to make a level with other people
The Level: This information is optional but can be provided. It would be a list of level(s) that they need help with. Or simply [Story] - for LBP levels or [User] - for user made levels.
Players: The number of people you'd like to join before you start a game counting yourself. [2-4]
The Dat & Time: This is the hard part, figuring out when everyone is available especially with all the different time zones. If you don't know you're time zone I can help you figure it out or just tell you how xD then post the this time clock. The hosts time zone and local time will be in the middle, while the user's (player signing in) local time is on the left. The user will pretty much wait for the set time of the host in the middle. A user should not sign up for a time that they are not available, I know time change can be confusing >.<
The Equipment: This information is vital for communication. Let others know if you have a [Keyboard/Pad], [Mic], or [NA]
Tip: If you have a desktop that uses a keyboard plugged in via USB port, that will work with the PS3, I bought one for $20. If you have a bluetooth headset for your cellphone, it can be paired with your PS3. However, you will have to re-pair it to work the cell phone again, I bought one for $23.
