When I worked in a haunted house (located in a factory) last Halloween, I suggested Silent Hill theme, and so I got to set up the entire thing.... I remember at one part of the hallway we had a VERY detailed painting looking like Pyramid Head had just cut his way through the metal walls and was gazing through the newly made gap in the wall with blood running down the edges. Then we would distract everyone and drop a picture infront of the painting that looked exactly like the gap in the wall, minus Pyramid Head being there. Then you'd hear loud scraping and PH would come around the corner dragging a body with no lower half, guts sliding across the ground. Then pyramid head would open a compartment in the back of its head and pull out what looked like brains and splatter them all over the group of people and start walking towards them.
I had a bunch of other ideas that we used, but I just loved the pyramid head one.

Yea, when I saw it in action i wanted to laugh so bad, so I manipulated my desired laugh into an evil psychotic killer one.... which just happened to feed right into the next room with Walter Sullivan working with an operation table.
