Just because MK thinks he can have one, doesn't mean he should be the only one!!
Discuss the very minor character (though not as minor as Nago) of Captain Vul.
HE BUILT THE HALBERD, I DON'T SEE MK BEING THAT GREAT WITH MACHINERY!
.....anime doesn't count. ((Vul was so meant to be in that too...))
Also, what does "Vul" mean? Vulcan? Vulture?

I'll give Vul props for building the Halberd. But the combo cannon pissed me off from the moment I noticed it in Brawl. Exploding cannonballs that hit the deck of the ship!? No. Fail. Being a child raised by sailors myself, I must say that is the stupidest weapon to put on a ship. What if you hit the crew on the main deck? Or dammage the ship? I would never except such a failure as a weapon. talk2hand
I don't know what Vul means. neutral Maybe it's French.
