The Main Mascot is Giratini's Origin Form!
Team Galactic our out for world domination to take Dialga and Palkia....but is interupted by the Origin form of Giratina.....there's some new updates to a few of the towns/cities. For instance in Twinleaf Town you find little snow Patches in the area....You get a new set of clothes this time around because of the drop in Temperature...There are 5 forms of Rotom which you can see on the Home page. I think there all awesome.
The event to get the Secret in order to get the different forms is over Wifi, meaning you could get this item right at home just by getting the Mystery gift from the TV station in Jubilife City 3rd floor. You can find the MYstery Gift code on Serebii.net. Took me a while to find three of the Jap. words as I do not understand it but I found it.
Event is from Sept. 28-Nov. 4.
And of course Giratina has a new form and can only stay in its Origin Form if its holding the Platinum Orb once you revisit the Torn World. Otherwise Giratina would return to ANOTHER form...
Shaymin is the last Pokemon that has a new form and is called Sky Shaymin. You can retrieve the item to change it over Wifi which hasnt been announced yet....Shaymin returns to its original form if its been frozen or if its Night time....
The Battle Frontier makes a wonderful return, as now there are 5 Frontier brains which sounds good but they are really tough. Once you face em all once you are able to face em all again to get you Silver Card or whatever to the Color version. Havent gotten to the Frontier yet but will soon....
THere are also 59 New Pokemon added to the Sinnoh dex. Not 59 totally NEW pokemon but Old pokemon that werent in the dex and are in it now. xD
Like Absol, Eevee and all its Evo's, Porygon...Togepi and a few others...
Instead of Getting a Happiny in the game the guy doesnt give you anything....but In Hearthome City you could Recieve an EEVEE from Bebe at lvl 20....You can also get a Egg from Cynthia in Eterna City....wont tell you what it is unless you really want to know. >.<
You are also able to obtain the Three Regis in the game after doing some event which we dont know more about yet....and also you can obtain all three of the LEGENDARY BIRDS!!! I believe after getting the National Dex, you talk to Proffessor Oak in hise house in Eterna City I think and they will Roam around Sinnoh just like Mesprit and Cresselia will....so Yippie. -__-
The Eterna, Hearthome, and Veilstone Gyms have all had complete redesigns in the interior.---Gym Leader closeups, just before a Gym battle, have been changed from enlarged sprites to higher-quality drawings and the terms VS. The Elite Four now also has this but it includes the player on the left side of the VS. and the Elite Four member on the right of the VS.
The Pokétch has been redesigned. Players can now move up and down between application instead of having to go through all of them to return to a previous one. Its now white and it also seems that when you battle diff. trainers/Gym leaders/Pokemon or whatever that the bottom of the screen with the pokeball changes colors sometimes....
In the caves its a bit darker but not dark that you need Flash....some of the rocks are white....
At Spear Pillar it was re-done just a little....the cutscene with the colorful stuff floating over different areas is different.

Instead Dialga and Palkia come out of different Portals....then the Three Pixies come out of knowhere and you can see there red jems glow on the bottom screen and then fly upward to Mt. Coronet....after that Giratina in its Origian form comes through the ground and then flys TOWARD the screen. AMAZING!!!O.O Then you could enter the Torn World as Cyrus jumps in, following are the Three Pixies and then you and Cythia....Mars and Jupitar sit and watch.....
