for you, go to the mod pannel and select the invite people thingy
for others, copy and past what ever is in that place you type in the website, and send the link to thy friends.

We know that this guild have only a few member, but if we help each other to invite more friends, family and people here, this guild can be great not be so bored, and a lot of people will visit this everyday, thats why we need to help each other.
