After thinking things over with a friend it was discovered that the turnout for Karazhan on Monday was better than the turnout for Kara on Saturday despite having planned Saturday for two weeks. Given this logic this is how I'm going to roll.

Karazhan:
Date: 9/6/2008 (that's this coming Saturday)
Start time: 2PM Server time (EST). Be on and ready to prepare at 1:30pm server.
End time: whenever we ******** call it.

If you DO NOT have Group Calendar please get the AddOn and sign up using Group Calendar. This will let us know easier who will and will not be able to show up so we can plan ahead.

Just like before:
TK will take his priest, likely enough. However, if he doesn't want to go or is doing something else, I'll go in his stead. Healing, of course. I'm going to spare myself the repair bill of going as Enhancement.

Not sure if I have this day off. If I do then yes, if I don't then no probably since Sunday nights are the big trucks.

I mean, uh, we should dictate group calendar onto EVERYONE with a 70 and utilize the ******** outta it. 8D

Without it, we will continue to suffer from scheduling difficulties.

Maybe after we get enough 70's, we can use it as an opt-in? The whole "sign up there or fail" deal?

Well, then, how do you expect me to sign up? :P It isn't like I have a 70 in Gaia.

The issue is most of our frequent players have more than one 70. xd Which makes it look like we have a larger selection of characters than we actually do. There are, in reality, only about 12-13 unique players at level 70 (rough estimate off the top of my head). A chunk of those do not check the GGN, and a chunk doesn't have group calendar, or a combination of both.

At this point the only way to hold consistent raids is to open recruitment. 3nodding Which is not something a lot of the guild is up for.
