All 999 stats or just all really high stats
Also some people say all 31 IVs are "hacked"
I have used action replay to obtain some pokemon i wanted with the right natures and all 31 IVs and used a different method of EV training, I don't really think it is "hacking" because stats are all legit so why should it matter?

i agree with high stats
but also with moves/abilities that they couldnt naturally learn (excluding moves learned from tm's)
