A floating hunk of land above the skies of the Dawn Striders Castle. On Gura'te, so high in he sky it is almost like a dream running through the long grassy fields near the wind mills. A village of farmers grow the many plants and herbs for the Dawn Stridders for the many anti-venoms and potions. They even have the best sky vegtables and fruits grown here for those with an empty stomach. There is a way to fly up here for the none flyers, you just need a way to talk to the leader of the Dawn Stridders.
Dosclaimer;; Once a non-Strider lands on this, or any other bit of Strider territory, the captain will be wanting their head. So gtfo.

Landing on the peak of one of the wind mills, Captain Fornicatus of the Dawn Striders makes herself as comfortable as one can be sitting on a slightly pointed top of a wind mill. Watching the blades spin around slowly, the captain finds herself able to finally relax. Something sinister is in the air, but that is something to worry about a little later. For now, the captain is content with sitting back on her favorite windmill, and watching the crops below.

Hakuma broke through woods and then found himself into a gigantic field covered with thousands of different plants. All he could wonder was where he was as he continued into the field. He noticed gigantic windmills in the distance, but then his attention was drawn to the highest one in the sky. The one that was somehow floating in the clouds. Hakuma began to think he was dreaming, but he's seen everything. Ever since his temple was ransacked by predators he has seen a beautiful village, an Azure Forest, and now a field of plants and a floating windmill. He was sure this was the greatest sights the world had to offer. He thought this was the best it could get for Hakuma, even though the only ones he held dear to him were destroyed by the wild. He got close enough to the windmills to notice a person standing atop one of them. He couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman, but the shadowy figure it made resembled that of a humans. 'could that person be a Holy Knight?' Hakuma wondered to himself as he began to sprint towards it through the tall plantlife. The crops were so tall that you couldn't see hakuma's head, all you could see were the plants suddenly shifting back and forth as it made a path towards the windmill the person stood upon. After a long while of running, Hakuma had arrived to the base of the windmill. Luckily with the training the monks showed him, Hakuma is able to run miles without being short of breath, because his fighting style relies on his breath he needs to be able to not tire out and lose it. His curiosity to know who the person was got the better of him as he decided to make his way up the windmill with his fire abilities. Hakuma shot his fists at the ground and a spectacle of blues blasted from them propelling him to the top at an incredible speed. Hakuma soon realized he undershot his fire as he grabbed onto the edge of the windmill as tight as he could. He quickly picked himself up, trying not to look at the dizzying height he was at, and saw the woman at the top of the roof. Unfortunately, the roof was pointed like a cone and the incline was too steep for Hakuma to approach her, so with all of his breath he attempted to call out to her. "E-excuse me!" He yelled to her, hoping the wind wasn't interfering with his voice to make it quieter.

{Okay, number one: There are no woods on the floating island. It's strictly farm land. Two: Unless your character can fly, or has spoken to my character{captain of the Dawn Striders} they cannot physically be here. This entire thread takes place on the giant floating garden. I'll let it go for now, since there is the possibility that you misunderstood the setting, but keep that in mind.}
Raising her gaze, the woman captain is surprised to hear someone up on the windmill. "Takakura? How'd you-" she turns, taking in the sight of a man who is very much not Takakura, the head farmer here. Standing from her rather comfortable position on then top of the windmill, Fornicatus slides down the roof of the windmill, coming to a stop on the ledge beside the strange warrior. "Shall we move to somewhere where we shall be able to hear one another without speaking louder?" she asks, motioning towards the bottom of the windmill. Leaping lightly off the small ledge, she unfolds her wings the very slighest, facing towards the windmill so that the man would be less likely to see them.
A very slight thud signals that she has reached the ground. "Come on, I haven't got all day!" she looks up, noticing that the warrior still hasn't moved. Though she is slightly annoyed at the intrusion of this man, she figures he must somehow have met up with one of the sky farmers and hitched a ride back up. Unless he cold fly...... but that was something she could pay attention to later. "Let's go, let's go." she clapped once, showing her impatience.

((Correct, you see I thought those faded looking windmills on the ground were real windmills in the picture, and you were standing atop one of them... and the woods thing... I had just came out of the Azure Forest so I thought it would suit the moment if I brushed out of woods and into that field.... so you see, a simple misunderstanding... I think Tokushi should explain environments more clearly and specifically... I'm sorry))
Hakuma stared down at her, a little disappointed in her impatience, but kept quiet. Hakuma leaped from the top of the windmill and began to freefall. A few seconds before ground level, Hakuma punched downwards at the ground like before and blue flames shot out of them. He began to slow down, but not fast enough and slammed into the ground harder than he expected. Nothing but his pride was hurt; it was awkward enough that he had to land so roughly in font of someone. If a monk from the temple were to have seen him do that he would be dearly punished and sent to practice it till perfection. So not only did he look like a novice to her, but he has never spoken to someone outside the temple, so Hakuma was nervous, but he needed answers. "...okay, umm... I'm looking for the Holy Knights" He said getting straight to the point of things.

{It's fine. Ignore Tokushi{I deleted the two posts because they irritated me.} He doesn't like you much.}
"Then you're a little bit far off." she held up her fingers to demonstrate, a slight grin at her lips. "This is Dawn Strider land...... and you might say that we're a little bit higher off the ground..... Though if you're looking for the Holy Knights, I could be of some assistance." she smiled, imaging the sort of welcome she'd receive if she entered the Holy City. "A Holy Knight would usually introduce themselves before stating their purpose. You must be looking to join up." the little scene with his fire had proved he must not be Holy Knight trained, but she did not take that to mean that he was not trained at all. "But allow me to introduce myself first. Captain Fornicatus of the Dawn Striders, at your service." she took a sweeping bow, an amused expression settling on her angelic features. "And who do I have the honor of meeting with this evening?" the whole charade mocking the courtesy one learned as a Holy Knight.

Hakuma bowed down low to show show his respects to someone of such a high status. "Hakuma Senbou... of the Shaolin Monks...." He introduced himself like the woman did, full name and faction. He didn't want to mention the fact that he was the last remaining monk because he didn't want them to seem weak in the worlds eyes, because nobody outside the temple has come in contact with the Shaolin so he didn't want them to get off looking so low. "So far all I've heard about these factions... were small stories that got around to the monks, so through that... I wished to join the Holy Knights and their causes. D-do you know where I might find them?" He asked. Hakuma paused and stuttered with words, usually he only had to say a few words in a conversation, but this was all new to him.

"Shaolin Monks..... hm." storing that tidbit of information for later, the woman captain stood straight. Raising her chin slightly, she nodded. "Was one myself. What you're looking for is the Celestial Mountain.....though technically it doesn't have a name, but that's not the point." beginning to walk to the edge of the island, she motions for Hakuma to follow her. "It's an advanced city, but I found the whole thing really dull. I'll take my potions and herbs over their medicines any day." the whole reason being that she was raised a Dark Knight, those who favored the old ways. Not bothering to share all this, Captain Fornicatus leads the man to the launch pad, where he will be sent back down to Dawn Castle, the only landing point. "Your way down." she waves her left arm with a flourish, though there doesn't seem to be anything there. Looking downwards, one sees a large stone square with a strange ruin, resting with another square of stone, patterned completely over with runes. Talking the single step to put herself in the middle of the strange stone, she motions for Hakuma to step on with her. "Come on then, if I'm going to deliver you to those blasted Holy Knights I have got to be there and back rather quickly. Let's go, let's go."

Hakuma bowed quickly. "Yes, ma'am..." He said as he quickly followed her onto the platform. He was closer to the Holy Knights than he started for sure. She once was a Holy Knight, but now she's the leader of a whole different faction. Unfortunately that information wasn't going to get him into the Holy Knights, rather just a lot closer to that goal. Hakuma slowly drew his katana and pulled out a rag, he then sat down where he had stood and began to clean his sword. He never did get to clean it after the attack on the temple, so it was colored in dry red blood so it would take a moment for him to clean it without water

Her eyebrows raised at the sight of the bloodied sword, but she said nothing. Snapping her fingers, he stone beneath them shook lightly and dislodged from it's apparent landing pad. Beginning a slow decent towards the ground, the captain crossed her arms. Trips on this damned thing took time, and time meant boredom."Why do you wish to leave behind your Monks for the Holy Knights?" she inquired after a moment, barely curious for the answer. Why he was abandoning his temple didn't matter much to her, and she had no real reason to care. But ifshe was going to ferry this kid all the way to the Holy City, she wanted to at least know the reason.

Hakuma isn't a great liar, if he was caught lying he'd receive punishment that of training, so he would have to speak the truth. "I guess I have to tell you the truth... the monks were killed... all of them..." He said sincerely as he stopped cleaning off his sword to talk. "I had never seen such a slaughter before. The animals that thrived in the forest around our temple have always been peaceful towards us and vise versa... b-but for some reason they ambushed us. I was able to escape with my sword, and the clothes on my back. Everything happened so fast, too... It's only been half a day since it happened...."He finished and continued wiping his sword off of blood. Hakuma didn't seem to show any remorse for speaking of the monks, mostly because they died by nature's hand and died with honor, so there was no shame in speaking of it as such.

Nodding, Catus isn't exactly sure as to what to say in response to that. It sounded like a horrible experience, though whether or not to apologize for his loss she was unsure of. Monks were strange people, they were. Glancing over the edge of the stone tablet, she instead decides to figure out how far away from the ground they are. Not far, but a few minutes more is what it would take. Stupid thing was incredibly slow. "And why the Holy Knights?" she continues to inquire, not really all that afraid to ask with his lack of sorrow in his voice.

"Well why would a monk... like me join the Dawn Striders or Dark Knights?" He asked sarcastically. "From what I hear, Dawn Striders like yourselves are simply an organized group of freelancers, and the dark knights are simply evil-doers who obey an even more powerful evil-doer." Hakuma spoke of the stories he was told. "But... the Holy Knights follow the path of virtue, similar to that of the monks beliefs, so I wish to learn under their shadow... seeing how the Shaolin shadows have been eviscerated, I can't think of any other reason to join them" Hakuma explained
