Even though I've never played Yoshi's Story, I looked at the ending clip since I've only heard the Brawl ending. As you may or may not know, the Yoshis sing during the near end of both songs.
So, given these two clips...

What exactly are the Yoshis saying? xDD
Some say that they're talking in their own language, others think that they're talking in English, with phrases like "the end oh", "nintendo", "the egg oh", "the apple", etc., while some wisecracks are saying that they're saying "the a--hole." But what do you think they're saying?

That's sort of what I think it sounds like... kind of like "Whee yay oh" or something along those lines. I mean, Yoshis are always happy, right? xD;;

I took a look at the first link and I thought they were saying "The Echo."
Now that I read your post (pausing video in the mid-section), I guess I'll agree with "The egg, oh."
But it does make sense if they were singing "The end, oh."
