my favorite character would have to be kitara
she was an awesome water bender in books 2 and 3 and i cant believe the technique she used in Soziens Comet on Izula!

serioulsy... and is it me, or does every element have another element other than wind? think about it.. fire-lightening, water-ice, earth-metal...
and everyone is better by the end... like sokka kinda sucked at first.. now he kicks butt!

shelby i think thats great that u pointed that out but aang was the only airbender and had to learn other elements so he could but with airbending he can fly thats cool!
