Why dont we have a reference contest. Like where everyone could tell others about the guild and have them state who told them in their application to the guild then someone can keep track and then at the end of like a month the one with the most new members referenced wins, but have it so that only members that were on gaia before the date the contest starts count for the contest otherwise wed have a mule mess. That way the guild would grow and it would keep people active!
