The battle takes place in a graveyard during the misty nighttime. The dead rest in peace under the ground while hearing the footsteps of the living that walk the surface of the earth. It's as if anything can pop out from behind a grave for a sneak attack, yet doing so with sin for an eternity. For them, the dead can grow restless and speak out though their foreign tongues in a spiritual form to haunt and torment their defilers.

A tad unnerving, this place would appear to be.
Dimitri Solidari was a devout Paladin of the Holy Light, graveyards were not of significant concern, as the undead typically were common foes when in the line of work he experienced on a day to day basis. However, the mist around the area was thick and eerie.
Regardless, he shook his head and kept his vigilance, looking for an opponent to appear from the foggy haze.

Noah entered the arena. It was just like home, he truly enjoyed the scenery and simply lay down in one of the open graves in the area.

Through the mist, he could see a form materializing in the distance.
As the fog lazily parted, Dimitri's eyes narrowed. It was another Dawn Strider Mercenary... Not just any, but he recognized him as the dark figure who had approached him some time ago regarding defection or something of the sort, he hardly even cared for what he had to say at the time, due to the fact that back then, he was almost as aimless as these mercenaries. No true purpose. No direction in life, only pursuing power, money or fame.
Such material things are useless in the grand scheme of life. Dimitri thought to himself.
Breaking the silence, he spoke firmly as the chilling breeze swept through.
"Mercenary, I know your face, but not your name. I would like to be able to connect with my opponent slightly before we make combat, as is tradition. You approached me in the past, so I assume you at least know me, however I will re-introduce myself. I am Dimitri Solidari, Paladin of the Holy Light."

Noah simply lifted his head up from the pit that society called a grave. "Eh....." he said realizing his opponent was one of this annoying talkers as well as what he considered a petty form of a 'gentleman'. He stood up from the grave, "I'd rather not introduce myself allowing you to form a biased opinion on my over all being." Noah rested his trusted umbrella on his left shoulder. "Can you fight?" asked Noah hoping this would be a good battle.

"That much should be obvious. This isn't the opening rounds of the tournament. I already defeated one of your colleagues, not that you'd have any attachment to them."
Dimitri sighed and shook his head.
"No respect for tradition though, unfortunately."
The scholarly knight unsheathed his lightweight broadsword and brought it to bear, facing his opponent.
"Shall we begin?"

"Go ahead, I am going to rest for awhile though." said Noah immediately sitting down in a 'pretzel style' and closed his eyes. In reality he was blocking Yata out of his mind and examining his opponent, judging by the way he spoke, he is an idiot who thinks that he is noble or intelligent, possibly both. He is strict, he sticks to the rules and he uses a sword in battle. Holy Knight, that is his class. He fits the requirements perfectly. In which case he cannot know psychic attacks, I probably have already won this one, I'll just wait for him to slip up considering he is the aggressor. Noah continued to sit waiting for his opponent to attack, every since Yata entered his mind Noah's body had been adapting learning from Yata being able to utilize some of his abilities as well. His own powers were growing as well.

A vein appeared on Dimitri's temple, pulsing with agitation and chagrin at this most unusual enemy's constant disregard for the method and beauty of battle.
"I've given you the opportunity to arm yourself, and you sit down and act as if this is already boring you... You must be a psychic like the last mercenary I fought. Arrogant and self-serving. You say I would make biased opinions of you if I were to know more about you, well you're only partially right. Knowing less about you is going to increase my insight towards your character, though this hardly matters to you since I am certain you only view me as an overly wordy, self-righteous do-gooder with too much time on his hands."
He chuckled as his eyes met his enemy's, "The time for words has passed, much to your relief, I would assume."
With a calm glare, Dimitri brought his sword to shoulder level and began charging his opponent, weapon aimed for his throat.

Noah didn't answer but instead thought, Yep I was right, he thinks he is smart. A small smile came across his face. He slowly stood up but his eyes were still closed in that moment his umbrella disappeared from his shoulder, it would be seen by his opponent as a simple trick of the mind but it was much more. "Oh." he finally said as his opponent neared towards him. He bent backwards at a 90% angle, something that was inhuman any attacks aimed below the waist would miss.

Dimitri's eyes went wide for a moment as the mercenary dodged his attack at a nigh impossible angle, causing the paladin to go off-balance and stumble forward.
He chuckled for a moment.
Guess I'll have to improvise more than usual with this guy... he is a psychic after all.
While stumbling forward, he immediately tucked into a roll and spun about, driving his sword into the ground and holding onto the hilt, sending a flying kick back in response to his most unusual opponent.

Noah couldn't move because of the strange angle of his back. He appeared to be a sitting duck, he could try to flip but that would throw him off balance. Instead of risking the possibility of being thrown off balance he simply used his ability and allowed the kick to pass through him. With his he lifted himself back to his original standing position and grabbed the man's leg with one hand and then removed the leg from his body by simply side stepping. Being a doctor he possessed quite an amount of medical knowledge and knew the bodies weakest points. Using his free hand he jabs his finger into several of the opponent's body parts, this attack in conjunction with his ability to phase through objects each time his finger struck it would feel like a bullet was entering his muscles.

Dimitri cringed as he felt the piercing precision of his opponent's attacks, had the knight not been wearing his trusted mythril mail armor, it would have likely crippled him for the rest of the fight.
With a grimace, Dimitri forced himself through the sudden burst of pain and growled fiercely as he surprisingly let go of his sword and barreled straight into his enemy, ramming him full on in the abdomen with his mythril-clad shoulder.
Before even letting the dark foe loose, he swung back with his right arm and gathered speed as an uppercut aimed to separate his opponent's jaw from his skull.

[Note my body can pass through armor due to my ability]
Being caught off guard Noah was struck by the shoulder but, being a vampire, his superhuman speed allowed him to escape to second attack but not before signaling something with his hand. His burst of speed ended and he appeared behind Dimitri using his arm as a sword and his ability to pass through object he thrust it through his opponent's back, if this worked he'd be able to pass through the armor hitting hiss opponent on the inside of his body. As the battle raged on his vampire tendencies began to outshine his human ones, it was only a matter of time until he would begin to thirst for blood.

((Oh, I know, but you were already phasing through my kick the first time while you hit, so as stated before you can only phase through one object at a time, ergo, your "finger stabs" were absorbed by the armor that time. I observed your last fight, I'm aware of what you can and can't do, hehe.))
Dimitri could feel the icy apparition of his enemy slide through him, sending a chill down his spine. Knowing if his opponent could materialize while inside him, it would definitely cripple his chances of survival, Dimitri acted quickly and manipulated the air around them. Suddenly a huge gust of wind under the will of the paladin shoved him down and forced his opponent backwards right before the appendage could become tangible. He turned about and glared at this most strange enemy.
From what I've seen, he still is only relying on hand to hand combat rather than using any concealed weapons... Should he continue this, then the only thing I should worry about is that annoying phase shift... He only seems to dissipate through one object at a time... I guess now's as good a time as any.
With a grin, Dimitri called the winds still under his control and lifted himself off the ground.
The wind gathered behind the holy knight as he levitated off the ground slightly, never taking his eyes off his opponent. Then with a shout, he ordered the winds to release forcing him to fly at full speed towards his opponent, a fist prepared directly for his head.
However, he was fairly certain this attack would fail, his target was not his opponent this time.
As he flew past, he didn't even care if his attack had landed or not, before he touched the ground, he flew right towards his sword which had been sitting idly since the beginning of the fight.

[Yes but I specifically stated that I sidestepped so that your leg would no longer be in the way nor passing through me, so that attack went through your armor.... Technically you should only do one attack at a time so that I can respond to it but thats alright, I can deal.]
Knowing his opponent had already been wounded several times and hadn't really shown him anything special he decided that he'd like to end the match. He allowed his opponent to pass through him but did not allow him t grab his sword instead he gestured with one of his hand and his umbrella, his weapon of choice, returned but not to him instead, using its curved hand it grabbed the handle of the sword making it impossible for his opponent to get it. His umbrella's top opened allowing it to float high into the air so that the sword would be unreachable and even if his opponent could get that high up, the umbrella could be controlled to avoid Dimitri. Noah quickly rammed his hand into his skull and began to mess around with his own brain. Using this tactic to completely remove pain from the battle scenario on his part. He the lifted up his own wrist and bit into it, his own blood would only give him a temporary rush but soon enough he'd taste the blood of a Paladin.
