Personality: Drasel is typically calm and polite, but for random and unexplained moments, Drasel will become violent. Probably from trying to control it’s vicious alter ego
Backstory:Subject Drasel was created by the Prophets for annihilation of any and all SPARTAN-IIs. However, after The complete disappearance of The Master Chief, The plans for making The Prototype were put to a halt. 4 long years passed and finally the Prophets reopened their blueprints and began to construct the design of their plan. 10 years later, The Experiment was complete, with few defaults to fix or worry about.
With no personality, The Experiment ,as that’s what is name came to be while under the Prophets order, remained secret to the remaining and growing Covenant Armada. It’s armor was constructed and fit to make sure that the prototype remain obedient. The helmet covered it’s eyes and allowed the Prophets to control the much smaller beast directly to do whatever they pleased. To test it’s abnormal strength and flexibility, The Prophets hosted a competition to find the greatest of the Covenant armada. In the end, 10 were selected. Most were brutes, however there were three Elites present as well.
The 10 chosen warriors were allowed any weapon of choice to face their opponent and naturally, they all chose a powerful weapon. When the Experiment was revealed with no weapons in hand, all 10 warriors laughed and began to attack. Only 5 minutes later, all were dead with either broken necks, ripped out hearts, or deadly venom. The Prophets began to gloat, not realizing that The Prototype had taken off it’s helmet and saw everything for the first time.
Terrified, The Experiment destroyed many members of the audience before being detained. After that incident, the Prophets locked The Experiment away in a dark, cold cavern. The only thing in this cavern was his Automatic Care Unit (ACU) which revitalized his body by removing wastes products from Cell Respiration, Providing Oxygen, Blood cells, and Necessary Amino Acids, Lipids and Carbohydrates, and maintaining it’s invulnerable metal skeleton, thick skin, muscles, and few organs.
While the months passed, the Prophets had began to observe a human military base forming on Earth. Out of fear, the Covenant Armada began to flourish and was ready to strike a second holy war until an idea came. The Prophets quickly acted on this idea not thinking of any consequences that may have followed. The plan was simple: Put the Experiment on Earth and let it destroy everything.
Sure enough, The Experiment found itself on the luscious green planet and soon set out to explore. Again the helmet was active to control the Prototype, but soon it went out of the reach of the Prophets. After losing contact with their main point of the plan, they desperately tried to find it, without any success.
Meanwhile on Earth, The Experiment discovered the true purpose of it’s armor and destroyed it and continued to wander the planet. Unfortunately, due to it’s design, The Experiment was unable to consume food or water and soon fell unconscious and close to death when a Military scouting party discovered the creature. Taking it in to their base not far by, the found that the Hybrid, as it was now called, had only a nervous system, cardiac system and respiratory system, as well as 6 mysterious sacs in it’s abdomen. After injecting an IV the humans tried to question it, however it seemed unable to talk.
Over time. The Hybrid went through tough periods of it’s life while the humans tried to created a suitable environment to handle it’s medical needs. By this time, the Prophets discovered where their creation went and sent many brutes, elites, and grunts to retrieve it, but all failed. Though constantly tormented by fatigue, Paradox was still able to show extreme brute force.
Now the Prophets began to formulate a new plan. They decided to let the humans keep Paradox as long as it was never used against the Covenant armada. General Nortik hesitantly agreed as long as the Prohpets would provide whatever kept Paradox alive. Gladly, they did so, but with one final message to Paradox. It was to provide information about any military movements that Nortik made to the Covenant Armada.
After a week, Paradox, feeling betrayed from the start, cut off all communications between it and the Prophets hoping to never see their faces again.
While part of the military base, Drasel, as it was easier for Nortik, met a female human by the name of Siene, who was orphaned by the Covenant Armada shortly before The Master Chief disappeared. Siene was assigned to maintain the Life support machines and other mechanics of Drasel’s ACU , as she was head technician and Medical officer. For a year, she would do everything in her power to try and kill Drasel, but failed with every chance. Over time, she began to notice his developing personality and ultimately apologized for her misjudgment.
2 years after his arrival, Drasel gained a home, many friends, and a personality. Despite it’s rugged appearance, Drasel acts like a gentlemen. Always willing to use it’s strength or height as a tool to help fellow friends in need. It never hesitates to respond to a command given by Nortik and because of these actions, Drasel is now highly respected among the Military base.
Soon, Seine started teaching Drasel how to speak as well as teaching him many other things. She soon found that Drasel was an extremely fast learner and capable of comprehending the knowledge within seconds.
Only months passed before it was capable of speaking as finely as it acted. By that time, Siene and Drasel had formed an inseparable bond. Not a soul could find one without the other, even if the two were just sitting somewhere talking.
Needless to say. The Drasel is very happy with how it’s life turned out
