Okay so I have a question for all of you. After playing SH (any game) and listening to the soundtrack, and listening to all the noises [a.k.a. the nurses and Pyramid Head's knife scraping] so you ever get really paranoid? Like imagine you actually hear the noises around you and either freak out or do a double take?

The soundtracks don't bother me as much..... but the sound effects always make me do a double-check unless I know for a fact it is SUPPOSE to be there. Like in SH4 when you wake up as Joseph Schreiber, and u take 2 steps and that bloody scream kicks in.... heh first time made me jump, after that... it just makes a guy paranoid a lil...... the ghost sound always gets my heart running... no matter how often i play it...

Well I like to play it late at night, and I'd be a lil' paranoid but never scared. :[
SHII was my first, and when I played it I hoped it'd give me nightmares, but it never did until I beat it (I had to earnd it. >D)
What a beautiful dream it was.

I went camping for the first time in a few years. Our campfire went out and we had to walk in the dark back to the house. I kept getting the visions of the woods in SH2 and SH4 in my head. Kept thinking walter sullivan was following me and my friends.
I kept hearing little children playing and other things...it was messed up.

3nodding I knew I coudn't have been the only one. Right now I am at my sister's house and she has her washer & dryer in the back room. Well the always makes these odd clinking sounds so that when I go back there and open the door, I expect to see the Other world with maybe a nurse or PH or something standing there.

<333 OMG, you so incredibly insane and I totally love you for it! heart At my house, we have an unfinished basement where we have our washer/dryer and store stuff. Well I have to stand at the top of the stairs to it to let my dogs out and sometimes I look down into and actually hope that I see like the Other world or PH or something. Sometimes I want a little creepiness.

When it's dark n stuff, I like to play Silent Hill music and sound effects.... when the power goes out at my house, i have a battery powered radio that i turn on and play the sound the ghosts in silent hill 4 make, then i wear some black clothes to blend in with the shadows and walk around my house with it blairing..... its nice..... cept my family picked up by now.... but it was worth a cheap laugh.
