Key words chosen .. field set .. monsters ready .. players, logged in.
Field terrain: grassy hills, village backdrops, and cave dungeons.
Weather: thick clouds, blue sky, and cold breeze.
The wind swept through the fields as small animal monsters jumped around all around. It seemed there was no lak of goblins around the little villages where the oh no berries grew. Yet, there was always something peaceful in this place despite the chaos. At the player warp point rested a hut of sorts in the middle of several others decoratively complacent with the surroundings and obviously meant for some kind of event some day. Perhaps an event that already came and passed.. Either way-when the rings dropped from the air letting players step out onto the field this place was the very first thing they saw. On the highest hill overlooking everything.

Lied~
Out of the air three golden glowing widespread rings materialized. As they bounced up and down a young agile figure slowly faded into being. Eventually there she stood .. a young lady who looked rather delicate yet so tough. Flicking her hair about as if almost posing for an audience that wasn't there she laughed.With the visor on sometimes he would tend to forget who he was, but only for a moment. Fingers sliding across the keyboard he typed out another emoticon as if it were as natural to him in the game as it was in real life.Sighing she paused with a smirk as she plopped onto the hill top. Legs folded Indian style .. hands propped backwards to keep herself up while she leaned back.Biting his lip he glared curiously into the friend monitors again and again, but there was no sign of his friend being logged on. With a sigh he said complacently "Guess I'll be hunting alone again today."Her words echoed his but in a feminine tone as she rose to her feet quickly. With such duality where did reality become a game .. taking a fighting stance as that thought was put in the back of their mind she approached the fields ready to fight.

Lied~
Having stepped into battle stance he quickly closed down all the monitor screens as he had it set to notify him if something major happened anyway. Grabbing at the controller with one hand he hit the enemy lock on button while reaching for some mini-carrots with the other. Sights set to a goblin she ram hopping slightly in the air as she spun around to kick it. Goblins not being terribly bright or even a challenging level of monster as they were didn't notice Lied until it was too late. Landing the kick she sent it back tumbling over it's scrawny self. After tumbling a bit it dissolved leaving in it's place a small treasure chest. Lied of course walked up to it ready to just kick it open but there was something odd about this chest .. it was purple. 'Crunch-snap' after biting into a carrot he looked through his inventory but just as he thought there were no wires to use on this box .. might as well pop it open. With a kick the lid was ready to pop open. A bubble showed up on his screen asking him to guess which type of trap the chest had set so that he could bypass it if correct. He chose 'exploding' because if it was he didn't want to lose the chest and get nothing for it. Having been completely wrong it popped open spraying her with poisen .. "Dammit" she exclaimed. With a pout and sigh she kept a fighting stance in case anything was going to attack but for now it was probly best to stay in place until the poisen status wore off.

Wataru warped in and looked around to see someone from Icolo that she recognized and they had been poisoned, she quickly cast a spell relieving them of their poisoning. "Need to be more careful about that, my friend." She then cast a protective ward over Lied and a regenerative spell.She then put her weapon away."Did you come here for anything in particular, Lied? If so, I would love to help you find whatever it was that you were searching for!" Wataru sent Lied a party request and waited for Lied to join.

Lied~Edge punisher, Icolo Guild
"Maybe I won't have to play alone after all" A smile grew across his face as he brought down a party menu and accepted her invitation. Jumping over to the new character she immediately gave that a big bear hug. After a moment she took a small hop away. "Umm .. yeah, but I didn't have a trap wire before and now I do. Heheheheh!" kicking into the ground with the edge of her foot she smiled since they were now team mates or party members. Tilting her head she thought about it. He looked through the event pages but didn't really find anything going on or at least nothing being broad casted. "Nope, I'm pretty much just wandering around aimlessly. If you want I'll follow you though." Stepping closer she had a curious look, but then an expression like she remembered something as she said with a slight pop "OH YEAH, I'm Lied ("L-E-ed") member ID 333-9B."
He never did hold back on giving his ID number .. especially when people seemed nice.

"Haha, ok." She politely said. Wataru didn't remember Lied to well, even though she was the leader of Icolo, she never payed much attention to the embers unless they had seeked her out and asked her of something which had only happened a few times. "Lets go collect the pieces to go down to the Folset statue. You can have whatever is down there."She smiled and typed in "/smile" to make her PC smile towards Lied. She opened up her map and located the first point to get the pieces for the judges symbol.

Lied~
He checked the radar a few times but the nearest dungeon was just out of reach even after zooming out twice. "OK!" looking around trying to get her bearing for a moment she suddenly stopped and pointed over the field past several goblins and a few monster nodes. "The dungeon is that way!" So she started marching off towards it with a big smile. It was always more relaxing to act like a ditz until necessary to focus. He too found this relaxing .. to just take things lightly. Setting his avatar to keep going he went afk briefly to poor himself a mug of coffee. As he left she looked event more vacant than usual but she just kept on marching to the dungeon. Not realizing there was a few monster nodes along the way since neither of them used a fairy orb.

Wataru noticed that Lied hadn't stopped to fight the monsters and wondered why. As they kept heading towards the dungeon, Wataru had her guns out and shot behind her at the monsters following. Before they could get to the dungeon though, a gigantic monster stopped and hit them both and knocked them back, cancelling Lied's auto-walk. Wataru back up and found the monster in front of her again and it took another swipe and knocked her back again. The fighting barrier appeared around them and Wataru hit the barrier. The monster was very quick for his size. "Lied, help!" Wataru shouted as the monster hit her again. Wataru panicked looking between the monster and her health bar over and over again. She pulled out her staff and cast a quick healing spell and then put her staff away and brought out her scythe. She used it to keep the monster at bay but it appeared to do "0" damage. Her scythe was ineffective.

Lied~
As he got back to his chair at his desk he nearly dropped the coffee as he rushed to put his visor back on .. luckily he didn't spill. "Blutige hualle!" he shouted. His words echoed through her as she jumped up noticing the monsters. A brief pause moment of 'WTF' as Lied noticed that the other girl's attacks were not inflicting damage. None the less he locked on target with the big guy as he started to hit several attack buttons. She started laying down a combo of attack after catching up with the monster .. not really paying much attention to how much damage it was doing, if any.
(I'm thinkin if you aren't doing damage my character likely isn't either.)

"Why aren't we doing any damage?!" She screamed as she sent another cross slice from her scythe at the colossi. The behemoth rushed in after her last attack and slammed into her knocking her up against the barrier again. It knocked her scythe to the other side of the battlefield. She pulled her guns out as the thing charged her again. It lowered its head as if it was going to impale her with his head. She stood her ground shooting at the monster. It collided with her and despite her now very low health, she continue attacking it.

Shadow appeared out of nowhere out of a smoke screen. "Devil's Sword!" She called out as furious winds help her attack the monster. "That should do it..." she murmured as she back out of the monsters direction and where Wataru was standing.

"Lets escape while its distracted by those winds!"Wataru yelled over to Lied. Wataru looked to Shadow and thanked her with a nod and ran towards the dungeon still. While running towards the dungeon she used a couple healing items on herself.
