Noe was a newbie racer who looked liked a normal driver but looks may be deceiving. First car was a CR-X, Noe catapulted himself to one of racings greatest racers and possibly the most elusive in Rockport.Owning an R34 after a pink slip race, he was the most dominant racer but sticked to the number 2 spot. A newcomer to Rockport a few months ago, Zero started off as a novice in the world of circuits, having been used to torquey muscle cars. But ever since he gained access to his current ride, revering it as "Godzilla v.3," he has posted faster lap times in the most technical circuit courses, faster than even Razor and his M3. Do not even considering him and his wins as a lucky break though; his "heavily tuned" shadow-black R35 will outrun, and in some cases dismember, any other newcomer who would even dare to go head-to-head with him.
