We need to get morre people to join the guild. I'll go into the community and advertise. We also need banners, as it is usually best to have a variety instead of just one, and perhaps a cool homepage. I can do most of this myself. I have always been rather creative. Thats another reason I should fit into Franch society well.

If I see anything bigger than 500 x 500 pixels again I will remove it.

And I don't know what translator you've used for the poll but you've messed up the grammar badly. What's wrong with English? Stick to what you know.

It's not my fault I'm stuck with a substandard translator. I was just trying to make the poll look cool.

450x325 pixels. Now it's small enough for a siggy.
