(members are not listed in any specific order)
Original Super Junior:

I know Super Junior Trot disbanded because Heechul wanted to do his television shows. So in all, they replaced Heechul with Yesung and BAM! Super junior Happy. :3
Super Junior KRY disbanded because of Kyuhyun and Wookie decided to go for Super Junior M in China. :3 that lead to Yesung being in Super Junior Happy.
