I don't know much of the anime but my friend Cole was telling me how funny it was. My fave quote was "There's a party in my pants and everyone is coming!" XD

The show is great. I've seen the entire first season (I can't remember if there is more to it).
Basically, the show takes place in a post-apocalyptic Japan, called the Great Kanto Desert. It focuses on a bounty hunter known as Desert Punk. Within the first episode, he beats the hell out of 3 thugs, goes after their boss, shoots what seems like an entire army, and gets blown up by a rival bounty hunter. And that's a tame episode.
