Oh god, I'm so excited^^
I really think Shamylans going to do it well, he seems so devoted to the story, as he said. Gyah, I can't wait to see these movies. It'll be interesting to see who shows up in the theaters and see how many squealing fangirls and fanboys are there too, along with how many Avatards live around me!! As well as how old they are. ^^;
And I think I just figured out how I could get my boyfriend into Avatar... He does work at the movie theater, after all, he wouldn't have to pay for it, and he's more into watching movies...It'd be like condensing the entire series into the three movies for him ^^
Squee, now I'm uber-excited!

I think this is the same featurette that's on the complete S2 dvd set. whee
blaugh I saw it first thing when I got the dvd collection, but was a little upset when there wasn't any concept art or storyboards or even clips of the movie shown sweatdrop From the way they made the clip sound, I thought it would at least have something to show for the live action film. rolleyes
No matter, I predict that on the S3 dvd collection there will be more talk of the movie...if not there, then sometime in the Fall. ninja

Well, I don't think they have begun filming yet...because they were talking about casting, and M Night said that the kids that are going to be known as Katara and Aang and all the others are somewhere in school, and in two years they're going to be the kids from Avatar. So he hasn't seemed to have gathered any of the cast yet(at least not the kids, the adults may be a different story)
hopefully things and news move more quickly as this year progresses. I want to see some sneak peeks! rawr!
I'm going to be squealing like a fangirl the first time I see a commercial for it on TV or even in the theaters...Oh, I can see that now...Me and my bf going to see a completely unrelated movie, an Avatar preview popping up out of the blue, and me freaking out in the middle of the place! Just watch, it'll hit me when I least expect it.
But those kids...they're so lucky, whoever they are...If I were still that young and had an ounce of acting talent, I tellz ya...
You know what would be funny, though, if for Zhao, they got Jason Isaacs to play him in the live action since he's Zhao's VA! It's Lucious Malfoy! Woot! plz don't kill me, Lucious! (inside joke)

Waah! I'm so excited! And a lot less sceptical, now that I've seen/heard how dedicated M. Night is to this. Though, it'll be hard to adjust to the characters having different voices. >.<
... I'm hoping the Necklace Scene stays. I wanna squeel at live action Zutara!

i saw that interveiw a while ago.Surprisingly,my cousin who dosen't like avatar found it and showed it to me.After I saw it I wanted to be Katara.I look like her.We have a roundish full face ,dark brown,long,wavy,heavy,thick hair ,tan skin ,and big eyes.My eyes are brown though,nothing contacts can't fix. Mom said she'd take me to the auditions.She wanted me to practice saying what ever Katara says in the episodes I was watching.I made my own necklace and did hair-loopies.I was so happy! biggrin But we never went,I never practiced and it seemed like some crazy dream.I gave up that dream... sad *sigh* I don't think I'm good enough to be like Katara.Now I NEED to know who got the part! xd and I want to see the rest of the cast.I know that when I checked a while back they already found an actor for Zuko.I didn't see a picture of him though.Anyway I can't wait for the movie!I hope they don't mess it up...
