keikei genkai is hijutsu the specific ninja's are a family or clan take the kaguya clan for instance this clan is wiped out yes but they had a very interesting keikei genkai being able to grow their bones and use them as weapons is very astounding
((in mist village you are able to create ur own keikei genkai but it cant be i got u in one shot ur dead kind of technique it has to be if i were u i wouldnt like to take another hit from me kind of technique if u know wat i mean))

Sannin(again not a official rank but is considered by many as one)

ANBU, medical nins, ROOT and Police force consist of Chunin+ ranked ninjas.
