HONEYDEW'S GARDEN
Located just outside the Kitter Kat Cabin and surrounded by a picket fence, a beautiful garden bursts into glorious color, its flowers and plants carefully tended by butterflies, bees and other equally vital garden bugs.
The space is literally buzzing with life.
In the South East corner of the garden, a shallow pond ripples in the sunshine, fed by some underground spring. Tiny golden fish flit beneath the surface.
Your ears perk up at the sound of melodic singing drifting to you on the warm wind.
Following the sound, you come upon a strange looking creature. Perched on a speckled mushroom with her eyes closed, she seems to be singing to the flowers and small creatures flitting around her.
At your approach, her song drifts off and her luminous eyes open.
"Oh! Hello there! Welcome to my garden!" She exclaims in a sweet voice that ripples like silk.
Surrounded by flowers, butterflies and bees, the little creature is a strange sight to behold. Her skin is green as a melon , her eyes a shockingly electric blue. Her long hair curls around her face like soft vines. Long pointed ears protrude from the green curls, one of them propping up a beautiful pink flower. Behind her back, translucent wings flutter slowly.
She waits patiently while you get a good look at her.
"My, aren't you observant!" She says, her rich laughter sending the bees and butterflies around her into spiraling swoops. "You must be one of those Kitter Katz I've heard so much about from Piper. My name is Honeydew Sparkleberry, but you can call me Honey. I'm a Dryad!" Smiling gently, she seems to recognize your puzzled look.
"I suppose you're wondering how I came to be here.
Well, I've noticed for a long time that there is a strong pulse of life that seems to emanate from this cabin here. But recently that pulse has been a regular throb! And so, I had to come and check it out. Then I saw this lovely little garden. The flowers and creatures here needed a guardian, and so I've decided to stay.
All creatures who enter my garden are protected, so feel free to stay a while and explore."
She closes her eyes and begins to hum once again, but stops abruptly. "Oh! Please mind the flower beds, there are some new shoots that must not be trod upon."
So saying, she resumed her song.
The lilting melody seemed to spread around the garden like a blanket, giving the air itself a vibrant quality, inviting the curious and promising a place of solace.

Updates:
08.24.08: Neptune finds Tulip the lost Meeko Egg. But it seems Honeydew had planned to give the egg away the whole time which would explain the strange notes.

As Snowy, Dylan, Muffin, and Fae(Meeko) were playing outside, Muffin's ball of yarn suddenly went flying into the air and dropped into a beautiful garden.
So they all decided to go look for Muffin's ball of yarn and take a look at the beautiful garden.
They were amazed at the prettiness of the garden and were totally drifted away with the smoothing song.
Suddenly they stumbled across a Dryad, who explained how she got here. All of them were very amused at Honey as they had never seen a Dryad before.
"Piper?!" both Dylan and Snowy said looking at each other. "She was the one who gave us Fae!" they replied! "Maybe we should go into that forest again! That was fun!" Snowy said to Dylan.
As Honey carried on singing, they all sat down in front of her an listened to her lovely song.

Stephen bounded out of the cabin and ran like crazy. Gripped in his jaws was a little green leaf. It flickered in the wind as he ran. Patches crashed through a bush and chased after the little kitten. Her eyes were filled with rage, and she focused her vision on Stephen. "You better give that leaf back right now or I'll have your hide!" She screamed and tore off after him. Stephen glanced back and saw Patches getting closer! He picked up the pace and ran down a path, into a fenced-garden. Patches ran after him, lept into the air, and pinned him down. "Hah! I've got you now!" She tried to pull the leaf out of Stephen's mouth but he wouldn't let go. She frowned at him and looked sternly in his eyes.
Suddenly a sweet melody wrapped itself around both of the cat's ears. They looked around for the garden for the sound's source. In the distance they spotted a little green Dryad, along with a few other kitters listening to her song. Patches let go of Stephen and her leaf and walked over to join them. Stephen rolled victoriously in the grass and played with Patches' leaf.

Dylan, Snowy, Muffin, and Fae were so drawn into Honey's song, they did not even notice that Stephen and Patches had just entered the garden as well.
Till moments later, Dylan notices something moving from the side vision of his eyes. He turned and sees two kitter katz, one was just a kittling, and the other was rolling around playing with a leaf. Dylan slowly makes his way over to them. "Hey!" he greeted.

Patches stopped walking and turned her attention to the cat comming towards them. "Hello!" She mewed, then sat down and wrapped her tail in front of her paws. Stephen's curious gaze parted from the leaf for a few secconds and he looked over at Patches and the other cat.

Dylan smiled softly at Patches, "How did you two get here?" he asked curiously.
Snowy was then finally interrupted by Dylan's voice and turned around to see what he was up to. She saw the two kitter katz and went up to them. "HIYA! I'm Snowy!" she shouted. Dylan jumped, "Did you have to be so loud?"

The bushes rustled suddenly, and then out popped a black and white spotted Kat with a tophat strewn with twigs and leaves.
"Wow Lyra!" He cried, running around in excited circles. "A real live Dryad! Can you believe it?!"
Following more carefully behind her mate, a small siamese with a blue hat, soft looking bunny slippers and fairy wings stepped around the bush to join the excitable male.
"I know, isn't she beautiful Leon? But remember what she said, you'd better watch where you go romping around. You don't want to thrash her beautiful flowers."
"Oooh." Leon cooed, looking down at his already dirty feet. "Whoops."
"It's okay Leon, I don't think you trampled any." She looked around her at the butterflies and tangles of brilliant flowers swaying peacefully in the wind. "Boy, this place looks better than I ever remember it being. Mira's terrible at gardening, but just look at it now!"

Coco left the Kitter Kat Cabin and found a beautiful garden full of fantastic colors. She quietly stepped into the garden, listening to the sing song voice of the Dryad. Coco was quite appalled at the singing Honey for she had not even met Piper yet. This was Coco's first exploration of the world out of the Cabin.
She was extra careful to not step on any of the sprouts. The song seemed to soothe Coco's hyper feeling.
Coco carefully sits down on a little mushroom similar to the one Honey sat on, and sat in awe of all the natural beauty surrounding her.

While sitting there, Coco decided to go and see who this Piper was. Coco carefully got up and stealthily left the garden, trying not to disturb the peace.

Patches mewed in greeting to Snowy, "Hello Snowy, I'm Patches," she looked up at Dylan, "Stephen and I came uppon this neat little grove after chasing eachother. See, he took my leaf!" She batted Stephen on the thigh and he yelped in protest. The white cat rolled onto his feet and placed the leaf back onto Patches' head. He gave her a toothy grin, then looked at the two cats. "I was only borrowing it," Stephen meowed, very non chalantly.

Both Dylan and Snowy looked at each other and laugh. "You guys are so cute together!" Snowy said, while Dylan nods in agreement.
Then Dylan's eye twitched as he hears other kitterkatz in the garden. "Wuu..Wonder who else is here," he thought out loud.

Leon's ears were covered by George, but Lyra picked up the faint sounds of other Katz nearby.
"Oh, come on Leon!" She called as she padded toward the sound. "Let's see who else is here."
Her mate tumbled after her, skipping happily and leaping at a nearby butterfly as it flitted across his path.

Dylan and Snowy went searching for the other kitter kats that was in the garden. Instead they came upon a huge and pretty tree.
They stared at the tree with amazement and finally Dylan spoke, "Hey look there's a sign!"
They both went up to it and read it.
"Wuuu..I want to write my wishlist!" Snowy shouted! She went and grabbed a heart paper and wrote, "I wish I could have a Jolly Hat for Christmas." Then Dylan followed Snowy and grabbed a star paper instead and wrote, "I wish I had a Black Tux." They both then went up to the tree and stuck their paper on the tree.
"Yay! That was fun! Maybe we should got get Muffin and Lolly to come and write one too!" Snowy said.
