I'm greatly looking forward to this game. We've already got a band together as well. hahaha...
Hopefully we can get one tomorrow.

I was really excited about it at one point... Then the hype for me kind of died down... But I will get it eventually... Just not right away.

I almost bought it yesterday at Target. They actually had two left, for the 360. It was $180. Instead I bought Mario Galaxy, which was a good buy.

Our plan, since it's a bit costly, was to split the price with some friends, since they'd play it too. smile

Unfortunately they keep saying, "Well what if down the line I want to play a different insturment"... It's never easy with them...

Tell me about it.
I'm about to give up, because I don't have either of the systems it's out for right now, and the PS2 version won't have the downloading option, which is one of it's biggest perks.
My roommate has the 360, but hides it in his room, even though he never uses it now. Also, his PS2, which he uses more as a DVD player, so I at least understand why he keeps that in his room.
I've read that they do want to make it for the Wii, which would be awesome, but no dates have been set and nothing official has been said about it.
But either way, I reallllllllly want to play it!

Yeah, I have pretty much given up myself... I keep bringing up the subject and I keep getting the same response of, "It's still to expensive" or "What if I wanted to play a different insturment down the line"... So with the fact that I keep making no progress I pretty much given up for now... Until I get on my PS3 and see the downloadable content and then I will bring the subject up again.

We bought it! The 360 has been moved to the living room and we went as far as to buy another guitar for it so we'd have bass and guitar! It's so much fun, and so freakin' cool!
When the games are loading they show pictures of your band and your band name on buses and stuff. And when your doing a gig at some places they even have you band name behind you in lights!
The crowd sings along to the songs sometimes, and when you sing on the mic, it's on the TV and you can actually hear yourself sing.
We switch off and who does what. I haven't tried the drums yet, mostly because I don't think I'd be very good, but I've done everything else. The bounses are more fun and stuff. You can do so much stuff with own character too!
Anyways, gotta go rock out some more!

Yeah, I did so well the first night, and ever since then I haven't been playing so well and it's becoming very annoying. The guitar is very picky. confused
