Charsiir ventured into the courtyard, he'd decided to to see all the other students, and possibly befriend them. Accompanied by his translator robot he sat down to do some tweaking, hopefully others would come and speak to him.

Jiri, who had finally successfully figured out how to use the shower, strode into the courtyard dressed in a clean uniform, her wet hair pulled into a high ponytail. She smelled like soap and something organic.
Looking around, she spotted several students lounging around on the plaza in the center of the garden, including something large and furry that immediately drew her attention.
Ignoring the strange series of growls that the Tizowyrm tried to feed her, she instead stated some of the little basic she had already picked up.
"Hello."

"Hi!" the droid translated, Charsiir grinned and hit the droid playfully. "If you want speak in your native language, my little friend here can translate for you."
Charsiir was a little nervous, as he always was with new people, and the problem had grew since leaving his homeland. At least he had his droid.
"How are you?" Charsiir asked, not able to think of anything else.

Jiri, who was about to get a migraine from the combination of the growls, the tizowyrm translating the growls, the droid, and the tizowyrm's translation of the droid, pondered her options, and could not decide which made do with the fewest translations. In fact, trying to figure it out gave her the start of a headache.
To top it all off, the tizowyrm was trying to feed her a phrase in the growls.
"Ah," she stammered, her voice dropping into her throat. "I have a tizowyrm to translate for me. It's in my ear, and it's translating you.
She stared at the droid, feeling cold.
"I'm Jiri Yim."

"Ah, okay. Droid, take a break." Charsiir commanded, he knew it would make no difference whether or not he said it as the droid had already stopped, but it sounded good.
"I'm good at fixing droids, you?" he knew this must have sounded completely random, but hey, he was knew to this...

"I don't have much positive experience with them," replied Jiri, switching back into Basic and sugarcoating the truth. She was having to be very firm with the Tizowyrm to get her to feed her Basic rather than the growly language she did not know the name of. "My people don't use them much."
"Ah... Um..."
She fidgeted a bit.
"What's your name?"

"Im Charsiir." he responded, he was a bit confused about people not using droids much, it was a new concept, but hey, so was training to be a jedi.
Charsiir smiled, he was starting to feel more confident.
"What's your name?"

"Jiri Yim," she said with a sigh, having already just said it less than a minute ago. Well, at least the Tizowyrm had gotten her point and was now supplying basic without a fight, so that was what she was speaking.
"What temple are you in?" she asked, curious.

''Jedi, and you?", it had only just occured to him that Jiri might want to become a sith, What did that matter anyway? Charsiir looked away for a second to tweak his droid.
He turned back waiting for an answer.

"Jeedai as well," she nodded, smiling. Already the furry boy, whatever he was, had points in her book, even if he was playing with a droid.
"You like it so far?" she asked

"Yes, especially learning about the force." Charsiir was getting excitted know, he was starting to think this person could become a good friend, and he was happy he kenw someone know, even more now he knew they were a jedi.
"I'm from Kashyyyk, and you?"

Jiri, who was not entirely sure where Kashyyyk was, nodded. "I'm from Zonama Sekot," she supplied, "It's in the unknown regions."
