Name: Pixel Weapons: He is blind folded because he uses dark aura blasts. (Dark magic, kinda like what Riku uses in KH2 but stronger.) He uses this aura to control his weapons, and his weapons are ninja throwing knives. (Kunai.) Friends: Axel, Roxas, Saix, Luxord. He likes Namine and Kairi!! But know one knows! He is 16, and he has been in the Organization for 3 years. His fighting skills are off the top. I mean, he is really good at fighting. When he takes his blind fold off, his aura gets weak, and the worst thing he can do is blast you. You may be wondering how can he see, right? Well, his aura guides him, and with his aura he can see a little of everything.

Ooo...nice! I haven't made up my own character yet, so I may as well do it now...in detail... twisted
Name: Xar (Ra)
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Weapon: Wave Swords. She likes to use the power of the sun to fight as well.
Friends: She doesn't consider anyone a friend. The Organization has to stick together, right? So she consideres everyone a friend...though she tends to hang around Axel, Demyx, Roxas, Xigbar, Luxord, and Larxene whenever she can.
Enemies: Besides Sora and co., none. Although Saix seems to have a bone to pick with her over one of his robes and a can of whipped cream... *ahem*
Personality: Kinda distant...tries to put up a bit of a silent wall, I guess. But it isn't long until she's yapping away and making an idiot of herself. Though her moods change at random... O_o;;
Backstory: Ra, an up-and-coming warrior, once found herself surrounded by heartless. Her heart was taken and Xar was born. Luxord found her and brought her to the Organization.

Name: Xentao(Natoe) Age: 16 Weapon/Element:Poleblade  He controls the power of Thermal energy (basically energy from heat) he is like the opposite of Saix. He has a rather slim and light weapon that needs to hands to be handled. When he collects energy, he stays calmer than ever and doesn't show emotion when fighting, which give him more advantages because in his point of view, everything slows down. Friends: Roxas and Axel. Background: Used to be No. XV. He didn't really like any other members of Organization XIII. He, like Axel, took a special interest in Roxas (Not the perverted kind, sorry girls). The three became best friends and worked together on a lot of missions. When both of them had gone, Axel died protecting what was left of Roxas, and Roxas was on the side of the Keybladers. He became confused, so he ran away to take some time off to think about whether to follow Axel and try to help the keybladers for Roxas, or to stay in the Organization. He wouldn't be disturbed from this because like Axel and Roxas, the other members have been lost because of Sora. Picture: Coming soon.

Gender: Female.
Age: Who knows? Body of a 15-year-old. So, assuming.. she's probably that old.
Number: Infinity. [ ∞ ]
Weapon: Walls. xD As a contrast of Xemnas' ability of "nothingness", she has the power of "everything-ness", in a figure of speech. She just has the ability to make any inanimate matter, [ basically anything that does NOT have a heart, ] animated. Most of the time, it is just the wall. Even though she does not have to be physically TOUCHING the wall, it is much easier for her to be. Her skills tend to use a lot of mental power, alas she dopes not use them unless necessary. She is absolutely horrible in hand-to-hand combat, as she is broken as easily as a twig, hence she usually [ as rare as that is, ] fights behind someone, or not at all. ALSO, DEAD NOBODIES -DO- COUNT AS INANIMATE MATTER, MY FRIENDS~ [ Sadly, that is her only skill. D: ]
Friends: ...Friends? She doesn't even remember what friends, or even people are. But, this one person was often studying her while she floated about... having such a vague memory, she only recently found out his name was. "Vexen", was it? She appreciates the time he has.. "spent" with her. Once she went into the recovery stage, she enjoys being with Axel, Demyx and Luxord, when wanting "fun", and Zexion and Lexaeus when "thinking". She likes Marluxia, but... he tends to "creep her out", for some unknown reason.
Enemies: That man with the silver hair... she knows it's his fault that she's the way she is now, but, does not remember why... but she IS grateful that he atleast kept her ALIVE. [ He is also very creepy. ] Once she went into the recovery stage, she found out that she doesn't like Larxene too much, and isn't so fond of Roxas... Also, Xaldin doesn't like her, but she doesn't know why.
Personality: Seeing as she's been in a tank for who-KNOWS-how-long, she has seemed to have forgotten her social skills. She was originally a vivacious, happy girl, who is angered easily. Now she is quiet, due to her trying to just remember daily life skills, but soon remembers her tendency to flip out easily. She eventually reverts to her older self.
Backstory: Created very early on, before the original Organization "VI" was even throughly into the studies of the heart, she was a mystery to the only people who knew about her existence, as a nobody, Xemnas and Vexen. Kept hidden due to the fact they did not want news of them accidentally witnessing and aiding in the "destruction" of a small girl, [ A.k.a her being mauled by Heartless, ] they kept her in a secret basement tank of their residence for "studying". [ It has been years that she has been in an induced coma. Both ideas were Vexen's, seeing as he was more sensitive to the horror of what they did. ] Only recently was she released, sometime after Roxas joined. [ Due to Xemnas agreeing that it should be "safe" to let her existence be known. ] The whole rest of the Organization [ besides the mentioned two ] treat her as a "new recruit", but she has been their for longer than they have realized... [ Also the reason why she was designated the number "infinity". No one questioned, so it was deemed safe. ]
Picture: So Mary-Sue-ish, isn't she? xD Ohwell. That's my specialty~ xDD [ I only scored 51 on that test, Magentian-san! xD I know the description doesn't HELP, but from me personally creating her, I do know what. xD And some of them were stupid technicalities. D: Ahwell. xD ] ------

http://www.springhole.net/quizzes/marysue.htm^ That test, my dear, is your best friend when asking that question. It ranks far better than I could do. Mind you, it is not always accurate. And it tends to err on the side of Sue-ism, when, in some cases, the level of Sueishness is not all that offensive to readers. But it is still useful to bear in mind when making characters, particularly RP characters or self-insertions. Hope that's of some help to you all. Try it. It's kinda fun, although sometimes the truth can hurt. (Believe me, man... I know.)

Gender: Female.
Age: 18.
Number: IV, after the death of Vexen.
Weapon: She despises melee combat, as she is physically frailer than most, preferring to remain afar and take down enemies with poisonous arrows. When engaged, Lunarex will fight using dual whips. Her magic has a venomous element, and she is able to paralyze enemies for short times and deplete their health. She can also enclose her body in venom - this renders her invulnerable but immobile, similar to the powers of Black Mushrooms.
Backstory: Lunarex hailed from an alternate Earth. But when she found a mysterious book from another plane, her lust for knowledge led her to forsake her own humanity in order to free the riddle it contained. As a consequence, her world and her heart were both enveloped by Darkness; only a few of her friends managed to escape from the world's demise. She was found by Roxas in Traverse Town, and taken to train under Xigbar as the Organization's stand-in. She researches postulates on the side, although her papers earn mixed reviews from her peers.
Personality: In life, she was cruel and mocking, unable to trust others and disillusioned with people and the world. Even now, she is quiet, reserved, and sarcastic. She enjoys analyzing the people and things around her as though they were elements of a gigantic puzzle, always on the lookout for hidden motives or secrets. Forthright and honest, Lunarex unswervingly tells people exactly what she thinks of them. However, she has always had a soft spot for people who display originality and a sense of humor. She is unstintingly loyal to the Organization.
Friends: Lunarex cannot quite understand friendship, since her other's coldheartedness made it nearly impossible. However, she, Stevex, and Auxra share ties from their past. Now that she can examine her past objectively, she feels a little guilty as to how she behaved toward them, and possesses the vague desire to do better this time around. She also has great affection for her tutor, Xigbar, and views Axel and Roxas as friends. The other members tend to keep their distance from her due to her newness.
Enemies: Sora. First a potential tool, then a trifling nuisance, the fool boy has recently been killing off her companions, one by one. She won't rest until she's witnessed his death with her own eyes.
MS Test Score: 45. See? Feel better? MS is unavoidable when this situation is present, I think.

Mary-Suish-ness.
Mary Sues, for those who don't know, are characters which are blatant self-insertions that you have souped up to be like perfect, more powerful versions of yourself. They are really annoying to encounter, in fanfiction especially. They also tend to be common in fantasy characters. Good characterization, with lots of realism, faults, and so on, will often help alleviate a Mary-Sue problem.
I think the crucial thing for us to remember when taking the test, too, is that one has to consider the world in which the characters are placed. If black leather cloaks are normal, and they kind of are, then you don't check the 'wears black a lot of the time' box. If magical powers or other traits are common to the world in which the characters are placed, then they're not that Sue-ish.
But since these are meant to be Sue-ish characters, a high score is sadly almost inevitable.
