Me draw stuff.  Someone said drawing entwining body parts was difficult. That led to this and some other interesting art coming out of KaPow.  The cast of my comic Night Life.  Cassie was feeling down in the dumps, so I drew Wonder Girl to cheer her up.

Ok, so I've tried to draw people kissing, etc. and I can't do it. Did you use a reference picture or wha?

Ok, so I've tried to draw people kissing, etc. and I can't do it. Did you use a reference picture or wha? No reference pictures. I start with a "skeletal" sketch to pin down positioning and posing. I flesh out from there. Technicly, they aren't kissing, but they're close so it wasn't as hard.  Because I have a giant secret crush. Whoops, I said that out loud! eek redface  OMG! Where are my pants!  Smackdown!

So, I really admire how well you can draw the male anatomy.
I draw women... and feminine men.
Your last picture is wonderful!

Thanks. I have a much easier time drawing guys due mainly to my "rough" style. Women must be drawn carefully. One wrong line can ruin the picture. Wrong lines with men can often make them look more "rugged".

Agreed on the complete awesomeness of the beat down pic! I wish I could draw action so people actually could recognize what was going on. gonk
And guys. I wish I could draw guys too.
I really like how you frame your work in a box and work in that, I like the thick black line and how things pass over it. I don't know why I find that totally awesome, but I do. whee

Y'all are gonna make me blush. As for breaking through the borders, I often use them for blocking in the shots. Having drawn sequentials it's almost unconscious when I do that. Off course once you have your bondries set up, you've just got to break them. Having the action spilling over the boundries gives the effect of the action jumping out at you.
As for drawing action, it comes natural when you've spent almost your whole life studying movement and martial arts. I have an unfair advantage.

I sit a lot and I can not draw people sitting, so I think you've just got an awesome gift Jaeger. I can, like, draw stupid stuff and faces that I rather enjoy doing, but my 'serious' stuff always ends up looking even sillier. Especially if action is involved. xp

Sitting is quite challenging! A woman with curves is difficult to draw as well.
