Infernals
History
The Infernals were a group of very dangerous fire masters. The hokage resented them because they were a threat to their own country. After their kekkei genkai showed up the hokage couldn't allow them to stay anymore and banished them to prevent them from burning down Fire Country.
The clan hid within Fire Country instead of following the hokage's orders. They loved their country and did not want to leave it so decided to try to learn to control their flames. Future hokage knew about this and did not enforce the banishment, as long as the clan didn't do anything stupid.
Kekkei Genkai
An Infernal is immune to fire attacks because their body will automatically absorb it. He can naturally use Katon but for some reason is not able to use other elements period. An infernal also has a higher limit of chakra and stamina because they can increase their stamina/chakra supply by getting madder. This allows them to fight longer battles but afterwards they have to take longer rests. There is a limit to how long they can fight (non-stop) before they collapse from exhaustion.

Once activated the user will become embodied in flames and can control fire. The flames are so hot that it turns the ground near the user into lava and will burn down a forest if the user isn't careful. The user can extend the flames out towards a target, which usually burns it to a crisp instantly.
