In the anime of Tokimeki Memorial Only Love in episode 12 the was a character heavily based on Belldandy, probably a direct parody called the Goddess of Incineration.

there's one from Hayate Combat Butler... I forgot what episode it was... but Hayate dressed up as Belldandy (wings, hair, emblems, and all) and pretended to be a "fairy" (not a Goddess) for his boss butler who actually him to be a fairy and not Hayate. You should go check it out, it's actually very funny
