Here's what happens!
Harry has to kill Ron because Ron was secretly a Death Eater.
Mr. Weasely leaves Mrs. Weasely to marry Hermione.
Gilderoy Lockheart from book 2 kills Voldemort.
Snape drinks a potion that Dumbledore left thinking to gain power, but instead gets turned INTO Dumbledore, with all of Snape's memories erased.
Umbridge becomes the new minster of magic.
Harry is killed by Draco, who uses a gun after losing a wands duel with Harry.
