"well.." Bella said shuffling her paws shyly in the dirt "I wanted to see what things were like outside of my mothers paws.." she said. "i've never been out alone before..thats why I was so..hesitant to approach you" she said shyly looking up at him and smiling "thank you, your very nice as well" she spoke softly and hyly, no one had told her that before.

Orion smiled. "It's ok.. I know what that is like... Do you have siblings? I have 2 brothers... I don't really know what it's like to be raised with a girl... so really I have nothing to compare you too except others I have met... and trust me... I would mush rather spend forever around a lion like you then a lion like some of them..." He said, hoping it wasn't too rude. He felt like he was talking to much so he stopped from speaking his next thought and waited for ehr to answer his question.

Bella smiled "I have one brother, and three step sisters" she said smiling "my brother Braxley is pretty laid back and carefree...so he almost counts as a girl to me" Bella said giggling slightly "and I hardly know my step sisters so I really only know my mother and Brother and father." she said a little sadly. but she smiled when he said that he would rather spend time with lionesses like her. " thank you" she said happily again. He was very interesting!

Orion laughed at what she said about her brother. "I bet Aranck and Nesaru think I'm a girl... or at least a chicken. I don't do all that manly stuff.... I like to watch it happen and figure otu why it happens... ya know?" He said. He felt like he could really talk to Bella, she was a good listener.

"you don't seem girly to me" Bella said gaining confidence and smiling "I understand, thats how I am as well. I'm pretty shy...so I don't really like to get involved as much in things as to just watch them. but I've decided its time for me to come out of my shell and explore a little" She said smiling happily. She enjoyed talking with Orion, she felt like for such the short time since they've met, its been like speaking to an old friend.

"I think I have a shell.. because sometimes I crack!" He teased and laughed lightly. "So Bella... Where do you and your family live? Is it a big pride or a little one?" He knew what small prides were like because he was from one, but what were those big prides like? He thought of the matter a little further.

"Well....right now I don't really have a pride.." she said shuffling her paws in the dirt sadly "I believe my mother wanted to take me to see my father in his pride of Cerulean Waves..but we have not gone yet..as of yet i'm just a drifter" she said looking to Orion now "what about you? what is it like to have a pride?" she asked curiously.

"No pride?" He questioned and looked at her quickly. He knew of wandered before, his mother was one before she found Neo. Suddenly his eyes widened a little and a brush flew across his cheeks. Shaking ioff what he thought he cleared his throat a little. "It's a nice place to be. My parents, my brothers, a couple mice..." He laughed a little at the last part but he did love the mice as well. "Bella... if you have time... you can come back with me to my pride... and see what it's like.... that is if you want too..." He said as he shuffled his front paws a little.

A wave of warmth rushed over her face as he gave her the invitation. "r-really?" she stammered excited and embarrassed at the same time "that would really be ok?" she said hopefully. right now there was nothing that she wanted more than a permanent home and new friends. Orion was so very...Charming. She thought unable to supress a smile

"Of course!" He said, now perking up a little. Brothers were all nice and all... one of them even had a mate... maybe... no! Too soon... He smiled and nodded his head a little. "We could... got here now if you wanted to..." He said in a shy way.

Bella's eyes lit up for the first time in a long time. "that would be great!" she said smiling at Orion happily. "I-if thats ok that is.." she said shuffling her paw shyly on the ground embarrassed by her sudden outburst.

Orion couldn't help but grin and let his tail feathers flick against her. "Sure thing! Let's go!" He said as he then jumped around like a little cub then laughed and began heading towards the pride.
