Settling his eyes on the man now sitting across from him, he gave a nod. Xio knew a great many stories on the other, and quite a few of his names. "It's a pleasure," he replied, extending his own hand to be shaken. "My father taught me much about you."

A pleased grin found it's way onto his face as he shook the other man's hand. He was always glad to find out that he was well known, that he was not forgotten. It was one of the many pleasure's he got from coming to earth every month.
"Your father, did he curse my name, or pray to it?" Lucifer asked, genuinely curious.
Of course, not everybody loved Lucifer like his demons did. Most prayed to their beloved God. They all thought their God was a work of art. The poor souls knew nothing of the vile, greedy man.

Xio chuckled, briefly remembering his childhood days. "He praised you quite often, in fact. I must say, I wholly agreed with him. You have much more character than any of the other gods."

Lucifer leaned back in his chair and took a sip of his coffee. "Good to know. Very good to know indeed." He brushed his brown hair out of his eyes before leaning forward again.
"What, pray tell, is your name?" He asked, curious once again. Maybe he knew of this man, though he doubted it. He only ever truly found out who followed him when they died. When he found out, he would turn his followers into demons so that they would be saved from punishment.

Lash walked into the cafe, his blue eyes scanning the room. His contact wasn't there yet. He had more important things to do than wait for some slow-a** punk, but the information was necessary. He ordered coffee from the woman at the counter, smiling politely when she passed it to him. He grabbed some creamer and then sat with his back to the wall and the door in front of him.

((Well, since there's no one in here, I'll just have to play by my self.))
The cafe door swung open. The bell above the door shattered mid ring. Uno stepped in, standing for a moment framed by the doorway. He saw Lash near the back and smirked. Rather than going right for his contact he went to the counter. The woman by the register was cute. "Hi there. How're you?" "Oh, I'm having a pretty good day, considering none of my costumers have tried to torment me." Uno grinned. "This must be a tough job for someone so eye catching." The girl smirked, "It would be easier if people didn't blow up my bell." Uno looked back at the ruined bell above the door. "Yeah, sorry about that, I don't like bells. Can I just get a coffee, no cream or sugar?" He watched the girl as she worked. She was somethin' alright. He smiled when she handed him his coffee. "Thanks so much sweetheart." He paid her. "I'll talk to you later." He turned away and walked toward the back, where Lash was still waiting for him. "Hey, what's up?"

Lash looked up slowly as Uno approached. "Uno, punctual as ever," he said frowning. "Do you have what I asked for, or are you just wasting my time?"

Uno smirked as he sat down. He leaned back in the chair and put his feet up on the table. He sipped his coffee. Slowly he reached into his jacket and pulled out a pack of folded up papers. He threw them over his feet onto the table. "There, that's the one doing the Jumping now. She's cute, and she wasn't easy to catch."

Lash picked up the folded papers and flipped through them. There were several pictures of the girl, a young red head, along with her information. "She's from the same demension the crow is from." He said, almost to himself.

You . . . you've got to be kidding me.
Levi Duncan, 49th president of the United States of America, moved into the simply elegant coffee shop, calculating blue eyes taking in every subtle nuance of the decor and checking for places assassins might hide, or spies might place listening devices. He hadn't held onto his presidency for fifteen years just by manipulating the public's opinion of him, after all.
Overall, he was not impressed. He preferred high style, not villain style. But coffee was coffee and he was long overdue for his sugar fix.
"One dark chocolate mocha, double shot," he stated to the man in the apron. There was a clean, bare table near the centre of the room with a perfect vantage point of all the exits, so he sat down there with his back to the door; the mirror behind the counter gave him an excellent view of the entry. The beverage was brought and placed in front of him, so he pulled a twenty out and handed it to the young man. "Keep the change."
Caffeine, sugar and chocolate in hand, Levi pulled out an old Stephen King novel and started to read.
