Not that I'll say no, of course, it's your baby after all." Gabriel had finished stuffing the compressed boxes of gummi blocks into the carrier, and was pulling a longer one out of the storage space on the Hellwind.

"Pink?" Maki gagged at Gabriel, "Yeah right. I hate pink. It's gonna be green of course." She said in a matter-of-factly tone. "Aight! I'm done!" Maki grinned and stepped aside presenting her finished project to him. "Ta-da! Ok, now I'm going to take it for a spin." She called over her shoulder, while clamboring into the cockpit. "Do you think my design is battle appropriate? Should I change it? I'm just having fun over here."

"It's your wings, Maki. If it works for you, it works for me. And since you followed the blueprint pretty close, it's got a pretty mean kick!" Gabriel was already arranging parts on the crippled Hellwind, bringing it back to life and mounting it with a strange cannon that glowed the same green as a slash gummi. "We'll give you the more advanced lessons when we get back to base."

"Hmm. I really liked that 'my wings' metaphor you used there." Maki smiled as she clambored and sat in the cockpit. She cracked her knuckles and surveyed her control panels that she put together herself. "Hmm...this looks relatively simple enough." She said pressing a switch to get the engine's started. The ship gently lifted off of the ground at a steady climb. "Sweet!" Maki grinned happily at her achievement. "Ok, I'm gonna try moving around the garden before we get going!" Maki shouted down to Gabriel and made her steady way out into the sky, wobbling slightly.

"You'll be fine once you get a feel for how far your wings spread. Shouldn't be anything you can't handle up there, no matter what you're flying." The heavy slash-cannon jutted out from under the Hellwind's cockpit like a cigar butt in a crow's beak, but the replacement weapons nestled against the body above the wings leveled it out nicely, and soon Gabriel was taking formation with Maki above the city. "See? You're a natural born pilot."

"Oh my gawd! This is so awesome!" Maki was laughing happily in her own ship. "I can't wait to get into battle and see what it can really do! I'll follow you there then." Maki was sitting back on her seat, grinning happily with excitement on being able to fly, higher than normal.

Gabriel was already angling up above the lazy clouds over the city, the Hellwind glittering in the sunlight in its new sapphire coat. "Form up and follow me out; this is where the REAL fun begins."

vice's highwind soars down onto Radient Garden, close to the residential area, and vice hops out "now, to get my ship" he says, walking off towards an old, run down building and opening the door, revealing a sleek custom Falcon behind the large door "there's my baby" he says, smiling as he pulls it out of the garage, then closes the door "now, to meet up with the others on Snowglobe" he says, hopping into the ship and taking off, heading towards Snowglobe with all haste

Vice comes floating down to the planet in his gummi ship, landing near a run down building and hopping out of his ship, sighing and looking around "this planet hasn't changed" he says, opening the large door of the building and pulling his ship into it, turning on the lights and sighing, looking around at the gummi ship parts laying around, the blueprint board, the bed, everything in the building "I'm home"

"guess I should go check on the castle, it's been a while since I was there" Vice says, walking out of the building and closing the door, locking it and walking towards the castle "but.......what am I supposed to do? purifying worlds was the only thing keeping me occupied, and I can't fix up my ship, since I won't be needing it" he says as he walks down the street, watching everyone going about their lives "this place hasn't changed a bit"
