Kimihiro's eyes flashed wide for a second and he looked away. "Yeah..." Stilling thinking of Reiko, he was reminded that she badgered him to visit the host club because he was still single.
Erk! "Of course I am! I wouldn't visit the host club if I was seeing someone, would I?!"
Kimihiro slowly became aware of his growing embarrassment at the sudden turn in the topic.

"No need to yell," he said before taking a sip of his drink, "I hang out in the Third Music room as well." It was funny that Kimihiro seemed so embarrassed about this. It was kind of cute actually.

"Hmph."
He cooled off for a moment. "Yeah, you said you went there often... Maybe I should stop by again too. I never did meet any of the actual hosts."
Doumeki isn't a host... but he might as well have been one today...
He gulped. "Why... did you decide to entertain me, instead of leaving it to a host?"

"Huh?" Doumeki stopped eating, and turned to look at Kimihiro. He hadn't really thought about it really. He was the 'new kid' at the club, a new guest. He seemed to be lost and needed help, and Doumeki couldn't help but think that that was cute.
But he couldn't tell Kimihiro that, right?
"Well.. The hosts seemed busy...with other guests, and Hunny-kun wasn't feeling well."
That was as good an excuse as any, right? He wondered if he was convincing enough for Kimihiro to think that that was actually the reason. While it was what was happening at the time.

"Oh... I see." Kimihiro couldn't hide the disappointment in his voice. Idiot... he even told you he already liked someone else...

Doumeki continued to stare at Kimihiro for a minute before asking, "Um.. Are you doing anything later?"

Kimihiro's jawed dropped as he stared back at Doumeki. It stayed that way for what seemed an eternity but was really a few seconds. But long enough to betray the manners his social class instilled in him.
"You..." Shock turned into a gaping smile. "You want to hang out later?" he said excitedly.

"Well... yeah," Doumeki said, scratching his head. He was half expecting the bispectacled teen to yell, but he hadn't. Doumeki was actually surprised at the reaction, but it was kind of nice.
"We could go out or something," he added, not really sure where they would actually go, maybe he'd figure out the details later.
"I think.. it's supposed to be cold tonight... so you probably should wear a coat."

Kimihiro did an inner squeal. ohmygodohmygod OH MY GOD! haha yes!!! He totally wants to hang out! I don't care if its a date or not!!!
He remembered there was a new movie playing that he wanted to see. He hated going to theaters alone for some reason, and he didn't care to ask Reiko- she would jabber through the whole thing. "Would you mind seeing a movie? There's a new mystery/thriller out right now."
The coat comment was a bit irksome. He eyed Doumeki, "Thanks for the warning, senpai."

"Sure, a movie would be fine," Doumeki replied, taking a sip of his drink. He liked movies like that as well, so he was sure he would enjoy himself.
He nodded in acknowledgement when Kimihiro had thanked him about the coat thing.

He frowned, furrowed brow and everything. He's so full of himself! He let it go, though, because it wouldn't be very fun to have a fight and not go out later.
So, a movie it is then, he thought with glee. He looked at the clock. "Ack! I should get going!" he hastily stood up as he said so.

"Eh? Ah, no... I'm in the 'go home afterschool club'," he chuckled. "It's just today I have to get home so I can..." He cut himself off. "Ah, um.. I just have to get going is all."
He checked himself after picking up his books, making sure he didn't forget anything. Turning back to Doumeki, "Well, I guess I'll see you tonight. Where do you want to meet u- Oh! I wonder what time the movie is showing..." He set his books back down and pulled out a cell phone, pushed a few buttons and turned away to speak into the phone.
Swiveling around again, Kimihiro smiled saying, "7:30?"

"Yeah, that sounds fine," he had another look at the time and he rushed to be on his way.
"It's the Starlight Theater, but I'm sure you already guessed." He started for the door, but turned to wave, "See you then!"
Kimihiro dashed off.
